Unforgiving women
Liu Shishi was sitting in the waiting room outside her daughter's room when she was approached by two young men. She was surprised to see them
there.
"Lei. Xav. What are you doing here?" Liu Shishi asked curiously.
"We were in the city. Lei said we should meet you since we don't come to the city often but we called your assistant and she said you were in the hospital. So, we came to see you here, " Xavier said as if it was not a big deal.
Lei tried to roll his eyes. His twin brother was lying. A few hours ago, Zuni texted them saying that their mother's daughter was in the hospital. They flew to Beijing in their chopper. It was not that they were worried about their mother's daughter. Xavier just wanted to show that he was putting his pilot degree to use. Like a good brother, Lei followed his brother.
"Would you like coffee?" Liu Shishi awkwardly asked. "Or you can ask for any drink."
"Will you order a glass of whiskey?" Xavier asked.
