Hallie ordered some takeout, preparing to rest, when she heard a knock on the door. Could the takeout have arrived so quickly?
Hallie wondered, and asked from the door, "Is it the takeout?"
"Yes."
The male voice outside replied.
Hallie curled her lips, sneered coldly, and said, "Okay, I'm coming."
The moment she opened the door, the person outside charged in, Hallie swiftly closed the door and promptly put on the chain lock. With a cold smirk, she looked at the two men who entered, kicking one of them down.
