The next day I told Sam what happened. "Well are you okay", he asked with a worried look. "I'm fine but, I don't think she is". "What if they send more assassins after you", he asked. "That's not something you need to worry about".

"You broke the hand of my best assassin", we heard a voice behind us. It was the man that tried to recruit me. "Well, she attacked me". "Why don't you just come with me everything will be way easier", nothing is easy when you're a ghost. I sensed someone behind me.

I turned around to see an assassin holding Sam. I looked back at the man and he was gone. It was a trap! The assassin started to run and I chased her. I wasn't going to let her get away with Sam.

She hopped on top of a building and I turned invisible. I chased them to the assassin's headquarters. I walked in still invisible. "Boo", I shouted, popping up in front of the assassin causing her to jump. "Scared of a ghost", I asked.

She gripped tighter onto Sam. I popped up behind her and grabbed her neck. "Let him go or I'll punch you in the back and paralyze you". She let go of Sam. I punched her in the back crushing her spine.

She passed out on the floor. "Is she"? "No". We tried to run but were stopped by three assassins. "Move", I said with a serious look.

They all attacked me and I went into my ghost form. I slammed on one of their backs causing their spine and ribs to shatter. I threw another one out the window. I turned around and the last one was holding a gun to Sam's head. "Okay just let him go".

"Then join us". I sighed. "I'll join you just let go of him". "Then kill him". "What".

"If you are really with us then you will let him die". I went back into phantom form. "I can't do that", I said with a dark and chilling voice. The ground started to shake and cracks formed. Holes formed in the ground and white light came out of them.

Ghost came from the light and started to float around the room. A crack opened under the assassin and he fell in. I grabbed Sam right before he fell in too. "I need to kill the boss". "No Mac".

He tried to grab my arm but his hand went right through. "You can't kill him". I went back into human form. "I'm sorry Sam this is all my fault". "No it's not", he said, hugging me.
