Chapter 9

INT. MAJOR CRIMES UNIT, UTAH CENTRAL -- DAY

PHIL PUSHES through the swarm of detectives crowded into the observation room.

PHIL

Has anything been figured out about this Vinnie, yet?

Emma shakes her head.

PHIL

I'm going back to the building Emma.

EMMA

Why? Do you need me?

PHIL

No, stay here please. The evidence crew needs you. And you're the only one I can trust now.

EMMA

LT. Greg never went home after the investigation. His wife and kids said that he went home with hidden poster in his pants pocket. I'm scared something happened, and nothing is even on this poster.

PHIL

He lied to me saying he didn't see anything and now got himself some information he didn't tell us anything he found. Even though he must have figured something out.

PHIL looked at his phone noticing The Rogue Agent isn't returning his calls or text.

PHIL (CONT)

I'm going.

EMMA

OK, I'll be waiting for you here. Stay safe pls.

INT. PHIL CAR, TO FAZBEARS FRIGHTS – DAY

PHIL PUSHES open a door quickly and runs to his car. HE OPENS THE CAR DOOR SITS IN AND PUTS IN THE KEY. Driving through the highway streets at 65mph. PHIL pulling up in front of FAZBEAR FRIGHTS.

EXT. PHIL CAR, TO FAZBEARS FRIGHTS – DAY

He opened the car door and quickly walked towards the building.

INT. FAZBEARS FRIGHTS – DAY

PHIL walked into the building towards the room still seeing some evidence being taken out by other detectives, while others are still patrolling the area.

PHIL

How is everything going.

FORENSIC SCIENTIST 1

Corporal PHIL, have you come to check up the place this morning?

PHIL

Yes, I have. Could I please check out more of the mask for evidence please?

FORENSIC SCIENTIST 1

Yes, you can. Put some gloves on first please.

PHIL

Of course.

PHIL walked over to the table and put on detective gloves to keep the evidence clean. PHIL walked over towards the evidence and picked up one of the rabbit masks. PHIL looking left and right, put the mask underneath his trench coat and walked out quickly. He knows he just stole evidence which could damage his career as a detective, but he doesn't care. He knows something is going on no one is telling him about.

EXT. FAZBEARS FRIGHTS – DAY

PHIL

I have so much to do. I can't let the rumors become true. I need to stop all of this before it gets worse. But I have no coordinatization to find what I'm looking for. Yet at least.

PHIL sat in his car and pulled out the mask and his phone. He dialed his brother's number.

INT. SAMUELS HOUSE – DAY

Samuel is washing the dishes, while his mother and girlfriend eat the breakfast he made. Samuel looked over at his phone when he picked it up. He saw the number dialing him. He looked shocked to see this number call him after all these years. Samuel dried his hands quickly and walked out onto the balcony. Samuel stood on the balcony and answered the phone.

INT. CAMERONS CAR – DAY

PHIL

Brother its me. I know we haven't talked in a while, but I need to ask you a question, if you could answer it for me.

SAMUEL (V.O)

It must be bad if you called me. You haven't spoke to me for 6 years. If you need money ill always give it to you if you need it. No matter how big our walls are now.

PHIL

No. That's not why I'm calling. I don't need to depend on you for that, nor mother anymore.

SAMUEL

Then what is it?

PHIL

Did The Rogue Agent contact you anytime yesterday? I know you two help each other a lot.

SAMUEL

No. why? Did something happen?

PHIL

I don't know yet, but ill call you back when I get more information,

SAMUEL

Wait. Tell me-

The line ended.

SAMUEL (CONT)

Great, be hung up on me again. Like always, keeping me in the dark.

PHIL put his phone down and pulled over to the side of the road.

INT. THE AFTON HOUSEHOLD/UNDERGROUND FACILITY – DAY

Vinnie walked over towards The Rogue Agent and tapped his face with his favorite knife.

Vinnie

Wake up my friend. The Happiest Day is almost here.

The Rogue Agent was still had his eyes closed with his head titled. The little girl and teenage boy were both tied up and hand a knife to their throats from Ponds. Vinnie put his hand in his pocket and pulled out a hand mirror to check his mask. The bunny ears flopped each direction his head titled. Vinnie used his knife to track his hand mirror badly. Tons of small cracks were now able to be seen. Vinnie put his finger on the glass, and it pricked him. He did the same thing to the top mirror.

MASKED POND 1

Sir are you ok.

Vinnie spun and put his finger on his mouth.

Vinnie

Shh….

The Masked Pond stopped speaking and even nodded his head in respect.

Vinnie turned back towards The Rogue Agent and moved his hand up to move his finger to call Masked Pond 3 to come over.

Vinnie

Hold his mouth open. I have a surprise for him to keep him awake and always wanting to talk.

MASKED POND 3

Yes sir.

Masked Pond 3 opened The Rogue Agents mouth. With the hand mirror opened, Vinnie grabbed The Rogue Agents tongue and pulled it out as far as he could. The Rogue Agents started to come into consciousness at the last minute.

Vinnie

Oh, Good morning darling.

The Rogue Agent opening his eyes slowly still looking confused noticed his mouth was being forced open.

Vinnie

Here's your morning coffee friend.

Vinnie shut the hand mirror onto The Rogue Agent tongue which caused tremendous pain. He pushed pressure on the mirror to keep the mirror closed on his tongue. The Rogue Agent could feel all the little shards on his tongue and started to try and move to fight back even though he was tied up.

Vinnie (CONT)

Let's pull now.

Vinnie started to pull the hand mirror off The Rogue Agents tongue which caused the shards to tear up the tongue and even keep small shards stuck in his mouth.

THE ROGUE AGENT

Screams in tremendous pain.

Vinnie

Don't scream. Be happy. You're feeling pain in the house of the man who created a legacy so great, a story so beautiful. That I want to be a part of it for all eternity. He is the only person I care for in this human world. Your pain makes me laugh you know.

While The Rogue Agent was shouting in pain. The little girl was tearing up and started to cry. She shut her eyes as quick as she could. The Teenage boy closed his eyes and looked away out of fear. Vinnie finally pulled the squeezed mirror off The Rogue Agents tongue. The Rogue Agent kept his mouth open and was panting in tremendous pain. Trying to keep his cool. Masked Pond 3 let go of his mouth.

Vinnie

Today is only going to get better and better you know.

The Rogue Agent looked up in anger. His eyes burning with passion to kill this man.

Vinnie

Don't look at me like that. We all know today is going to have the best day of our life.

The Rogue Agent looked around left and right when he noticed he's seen this location before in old pictures and files. Thinking, he remembered that the poster he looked at had some of the same décor and this location he's at.

Vinnie

I see your invested in this place. That's a good thing. It seems I picked the perfect place for everything.

THE ROGUE AGENT (THOUGHTS TO HIMSELF)

There is a cake, ice cream, and party decorations. What is going on in this mad house.

MASKED POND 3

Sir, you have a call.

Vinnie

Is it from, Don King?

MASKED POND 3

No sir. It's from Corporal PHIL.

Vinnie

What. I see. He's having issues finding anything out about our big party. Ok. I'll answer.

Vinnie walked over towards a line phone and answered.

INT. CAMERONS CAR – DAY

PHIL

Come on. Answer me you fucking freak. I know your there.

PHIL looked down at the speaker inside of the bunny mask.

Vinnie

Stressed.

PHIL looked at the speaker and brought it close to his face.

PHIL

Where are you Vinnie

Vinnie

Why. Do you want to join The Happiest Day?

PHIL

Where is The Rogue Agent Vinnie?

Vinnie

I can't invite you to the party PHIL. You wouldn't make it in time.

PHIL

Listen, Greg disappeared the same night we went to investigate the old Pizzeria. Please tell me. Is he ok, he has a family? I know you aren't one to care about things like that. But I know officers around me aren't telling truths. Why do you think I work with The Rogue Agent?

Vinnie

PHIL

I'll see you there. And once I get there ill save my friends and deal with you.

Vinnie

Are you really coming here to deal with me Detective PHIL? Or are you scared your department will be seen as not good enough to protect Utah anymore. And soon Don King's establishment will dominate the entire police department. It's understandable you know. A man who holds that much power in the state because of his families' connections could destroy anything.

PHIL

I'm not here for your belittling.

PHIL clicked the button on the speaker in the mask to turn it off.

Vinnie

Well, he's a guy in a lot of denial.

MASKED POND 4

Sir, Don King, and his friends are apporaching.

Vinnie

Perfect.

MASKED POND 3

Can we begin plan 1 sir?

Vinnie

Of course. I'm so excited.

Don King and his allies are coming towards an old house on a hill. The house looks fresh and taken care of even though it's been vacant for years. But Don King does not care, he has finally gained enough evidence to prove he is the greatest piece of his family's dynasty. Arrest The Rogue Agent for his outside work and allies bashing his officer department. And torture the man that took his children away.

INT. DON KING'S S.W.A.T. TRUCK

When we get to the building, remember. Keep The Rogue Agent alive, save the kids so I can take them back to their family. And torture this crazy fucker until I'm satisfied.

MEN WORKING WITH DON KING

The cars pulled at towards the house. Don King walked out of his S.W.A.T TRUCK. He walked over towards his over allies' other trucks and opened the back doors Soldiers ran out of the back truck and grabbed their weapons. Don King picked up his phone and dialed a phone number. The caller answers.

DON KING

Hello, Attorney General. It's me Don King. I'm here to tell you that I found the killers location. I will save the two children and capture this killer sir.

ATTORNEY GENERAL (V.O)

That's good to hear. Don't disappoint me. We need this to save our asses. You understand me.

DON KING

Of course.

ATTORNEY GENERAL

Good. I will contact Xavier to make sure everything is going as planned. Make sure Austin and Greg answer my class. They didn't contact me yet on the hidden number I gave them.

DON KING

I will sir. I texted them everything for the mission. We'll begin without them. We don't need a warrant for a shitty old house.

ATTORNEY GENERAL

Good, then I'll be waiting.
