"What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be with your family?" Marty asked, as he saw Kane walking into the apartment.

"Oh, you're no longer comfortable in that your house anymore huh?" Marty asked, mocking him, and chuckled awkwardly.

"I don't know what your problem is," Kane said, and hissed. He walked into the house ignoring Marty.

"Good evening ma'am," Kane greeted, as he walked into the house and met Ava seated in the living room.

"Kane? What's the matter? Why are you here?"she asked, wondering.

"I changed my mind, and decided to return back earlier," Kane said, looking all moody.

"That's a lie. Tell me what happened?" Ava insisted, as she suspected something might have happened that made him return.

"It's nothing serious ma'am. I can handle it," Kane said.

"I know why you don't want to tell me. You're afraid I will use it against you later?" she asked, exposing herself.
