Alexander and his family looked backwards, Alexander was a little bit surprised,he hasn't expected his sister to be back home so soon.
"Brother, you're here"her eyes brighten as she saw Alexander, she ran towards him in a heartbeat beat.
"What are you doing here?, aren't you supposed to be in school?"Alexander asked her since she was currently studying in the states, she was in college.
"Brother,i took permission to come home. Mom and dad asked me to come home for an urgent meeting"she finally darted her gaze towards her parents. Her parents were suddenly caught off guard,they haven't expected her to be here at this time of the day especially when Alexander was here,he would certainly disagree with their decision.
Before a word could be released from their mouths, the old man spoke up"Alicia, you'd be getting engaged soon to Lucas Wyatt".
"NO"All of them flinched when they heard the voice that could shake the whole of the city, although his voice appeared unshakable,it was also as calm as a river,he didn't rush,he talked as if the words had syllables in it.
Everybody had expected it to happen"Alex,this isn't your choice to make but your sister's. She's clearly old enough to get married"All eyes landed on Alicia who bit her lips. She wasn't expecting this kind of welcome, she had expected them to have cooked her favorite dishes and there should be some family love just like before. Her family wasn't the same it used to be after the incident that almost cost all their lives but the most dearest had risked his life for them. And that was the reason they had sent her to the states.
"Alicia!"They all looked at her with expectant eyes. She didn't know what to say, choosing her brother's decision means disobeying her parents wishes but obeying her parents means she would do the thing she most destested.
"Can i have some time to think about it?"she said bowing down,in the corner of her eyes,she saw Alexander walk out.
"Of course dear. Afterall marriage isn't a joke. Whatever you decide on, we'll totally be here for you"..."Do you need some guards to follow you"her mother said with affection.
"No worries"getting their support, she sniffed and walked out taking a stroll around the estate she had once grown up in. So much had changed while she was away, she didn't know what to do. She's just a twenty year old girl who isn't ready for marriage yet especially to that monster she destested so much.
She had once loved him with all her heart but it was the same heart that had grown to hate him, she thought she had gotten over him but her heart proved otherwise and he's the only one who can save her and her family but her brother had refused to take any help from him because of her.
Her eyes turned blurry in a matter of seconds as tears started falling down from her eyes,in anger she kicked the wall by her side and immediately hissed in pain.
"He's my past, he hurt me and i will never forgive him. Marrying him doesn't mean i would fall for him again. He doesn't deserve my tears"she cleaned her eyes and saw that she had reached the front of her mansion or maybe she never moved at all. Just as she was about to entered, she felt something pressed on her nose and could guess what was going on. It was kidnapping in broad daylight.
She tried her best not to breath but she couldn't break the laws of nature,as she breath in, she felt herself giving up as she fell on the floor unconscious.
"Bring her in"a cold masculine voice said, the man carried Alicia into the car as it drove off.

Alicia opened her eyes slowly and looked around carefully, remembering what happened, she started panicking but she feared most for her parents who must be worried sick about her. She felt restrained and looked at her body to see that she was all stretched out.
"My dear Alicia. How have longed to see your beautiful face"hearing her voice made all the butterflies in her stomach crash as she twisted her face in discomfort. The man showed his face to her.
"L... Lucas. What are you doing?,let me go"she said struggling out of the ropes but it was tied professionally because the more she struggled, the more it got tighter.
He walked towards her slowly"Baby, don't you miss me?"she looked away from him.
"Miss my foot"she said spitefully with anger,if she wasn't restrained, she would have spoilt that his handsome face.
"It hurts so much. Baby, don't you love me anymore?"he said clutching his chest pretending to be in pain making her to scoff.
"I Hate and Hate You....I hate your every being,you make me sick to the core....Is that what you want to hear?. Let me go now or else.."his eyes showed extreme rage as he smiled weirdly scaring her to the bones.
