---Rewind from the present, this is a story from more than 4000 years ago---
Humanity was in its dawn at this time.
Gods who ruled the Earth. Beasts that roamed the land. Laws that operated the universe. The forces that had shaped the stars were disappearing one by one, undergoing a rebirth.
Taking their place to rule the Earth were the humans. Civilization was born, advancing, and new laws began to govern the stars.
...Yes. This was indeed a turning point of the eras. The season of dynamism when the rulership shifted from gods to humans.
During such a time.
In the era when the world was being reborn, a king was born.
A born king, a demon of half-god, half-human.
He was neither a god, the past ruler, nor a human, the future ruler. As a new entity, the king reigned.
In the beginning, he respected the gods and loved the humans.
Eventually, he discarded the gods and despised the humans.
Born as the ultimate neutral, he chose to live as the absolute arbitrator.
Declaring himself the only king. With his own standards as the law, he judged everything.
Humans and gods, enemies and allies, strong and weak alike. Everything under heaven and earth was judged equally, and he continued to judge mercilessly.
He stored all treasures in his vault. He ruled all humans under him. He punished all great evils with his own hand.
He affirmed human desire.
Despite being commanded by the gods to admonish it. He decided to determine the future of humans.
From ancient times, nature, nurtured by gods and beasts, was laid bare by human ugliness. He acknowledged and laughed at it.
What remained was a devastated land. Countless destruction and tragedies woven by human desires.
A woman lamented, "This isn't how it was supposed to be." A man shouted, "We must move forward."
He watched all of this from his throne. He coldly stared at the humans as they nurtured and destroyed something.
Some feared him as a tyrant.
Some revered him as a wise king.
A king with perspectives of both humans and gods. His thoughts were incomprehensible to anyone else.
Without a single defeat.
Without being understood even once.
His king sat alone on the blazing throne.
No one was necessary to stand with him. No one was ahead of him. There was no one who could compare to him.
Humans, gods, even stars. Everyone could not take their eyes off him.
Nothing was impossible. Nothing was unattainable. A transcendent being who knew and could do everything.
The one and absolute. Perfect and flawless. The ideal that everyone once dreamed of, he was the perfect king.
There was the oldest hero of humanity.
There was a demon who ruled ancient Uruk.
There was a king who judged humans, discarded gods, and ruled everything in this world.
His name was --- "The Golden Hero King" Gilgamesh, his ideal believe in humanity good destiny.
...Yes. This story is ... another Epic of Gilgamesh that is not told in history.
Gilgamesh with ideal to become hero of justice
