Prelude of War

Ritsuka Preparation was finished early, because of this she has the time to send some scout to look out for the enemy that may come at any moment.

she also receive a communication from Jeanne saying that she and her group will arrive two days from now.

three days have already pass since her group arrive at the city.

Orleans palace.

"Alex ,my army is about to arrive at your student location, you need to watch from here alone since I will join on the attack ."

she is looking at Alex trying to see if she can receive any reaction on me.

"I am not surprised you will also join them, after all I am the one telling you to not hold back and send a full force when fighting Ritsuka."

she seems dissatisfied with my plain tone.

she immediately left me alone and went out of the room, seeing this I intend to follow her to see what situation will develop from her action.

"are you going to bring your dragon with you?"

"Yes after all I wabt to end this battle immediately there, I will bring all if my army to hit her before she can gather together with that Naive village girl."

"My little witch is very smart, it will be easier to defeat her when she is surrounded, but can you do that?"

"Be careful you are tired out by dealing with her that you can't deal with her reinforcement."

She ignored my warning and decide to walk towards the basement to woke up fafnir and ride him to battle.

I was observing her novement, it seems she doesn't even have the intention to send some detached unit to slow down Jeanne group from backing up Ritsuka, it will be better if she can let her waste her energy when she arrived.

I followed her when she ordered the other to prepared for the siege.

she then mounted Fafnir to fly towards Ritsuka location, following her the rest of her troops also follow while riding the wyvern, while the rest march along the way.

"the scenery around look very Grand, a huge army marching."

"you really are relaxed, aren't you afraid anything happened to your students?"

"I trust my student that they can deal withthis kind of problem"

The scouts Ritsuka sends out found movement of enemies coming towards the city.

Hearing this she asked Georgios to order the soldiers to prepare.

She went out to order the golem and position them inside the wall while those with long range attack will focus on dealing with the wyvern.

Ritsuka also asked the civilian to evacuate and stay inside the safe.

Mash and Siegfried then rushed towards the wall where Ritsuka watching from the wall to see for the incoming enemy.

"Senpai how is the situation on Jeanne-san group?"

"We need to hold on for a day and a half, but seeing the situation, it seems the enemey want to crush us throughly."

"Then what should we do Senpai?"

"Mash you just need to protect me, Siegfried how is the condition of the curse?"

"The curse hasn't fully purified yet, but I can manage for now."

"Siegfried please deal with Fafnir if it's appear and also please separate Fafnir from Jeanne, I hope we can hold on until Jeanne is here, good thing we still have Alex as the trump card, at least he can holdl back 2 or 3 servant at the same time." Siegfried nodded after hearing Jeanne order, she then added "I will allow you to use your noble phantasm if needed, but only 2 times, I need to safe the last one for emergency."

"Understood, thabk you for your trust."

While the three of them talking Georgios came up to the wall.

"Georgios I leave the small wyvern to you to deal with, if you saw Siegfried in trouble please immediately support him."

"Then what about the wyvern?"

"Don't worry order the soldiers to always use the golem as meat shield, I can make more but the living soldiers is something we can't lose."

"Understood I will tell them, and let them use the golem."

"It seems the enemy is approaching." Georgios look towards the sky and saw a group of wyvern was slowly approaching.

Ritsuka then order them to split up and go to each other positions, she then send order to the commanding officer of each group and let them hide behind the golem.

Seeing the wyvern are getting closer and closer, the golem started to ready to attack the wing of the wyvern to knock them down and giving the soldiers a chabce to kill the wyvern with enchanted spear or sword.
