"Toby Smith?" A doctor came into Aiylas room. Tubbo was there with Tommy and Karl. He stood up immediately and followed the doctor into another room. There were two chairs at a desk and a computer. The doctor sat down on the computer side, and Tubbo sat down on the other.

"I have a few questions to ask you, is that okay? You don't have to answer it you don't want to."

"It's fine, I'll answer. What- what are your questions?.."

"First, I'm Dr Melonie. I've been Aiylas doctor since she was little. Me and Dr Brian have looked over her recent heart scans from when your here and when you aren't. Her heart beat goes higher when your here, and I've noticed specifically that its you. We're you ever in a relationship with Aiyla?"

"How- what does this have to do with her condition right now?"

"Toby, I'm only trying to figure out if this might be what caused her heart attack. Rapid heart beat versus her heart condition-"

"Heart condition?"

"She didn't tell you, did she?"

"N-no-"

"Aiyla has Ischemic heart disease. It's a heart problem caused by narrow heart arteries. Due to that- less oxygen and blood flows through to her heart muscle. Which is why she possibly had a heart attack. It's either that, or the rapid blood pressure change from being around you and away from you."

Tubbo was confused, why would Aiylas heart beat change when she's with him? He was also mad, that she didn't tell him about the disease.

"Oh" was all he could say

"Do you know why she got all excited? Or was it anxiety?"

"I'm- im not sure"

"You two are friends right?"

Tubbo thought. Are we?

"I think so.."

"Okay, thank you Toby. I'll let you know If I need anything else." He smiled and left the room. Walking back to Aiylas room, he opened the door. And there she was. Sitting up, talking to Karl and Tommy. Tubbo was nervous, he wasn't sure if she wanted to see him, he was anxious for if he'd cause her to faint again. He turned around and left the room.
