Chapter Twenty-Nine

Violet (POV)

After dinner, I went to my room and looked at my phone. I see thousands of text messages from my friends

I started answering them. After a few minutes, I sat down on a chair next to my window and started to think about what happened the last few days

First Mia and Chad died then I found out that they weren't even my real parents, I came to live with my dad and brothers and they are the fucking leaders of the mafia,

Murphy comes back and my new friend is his sister, I get kidnapped almost raped

Ugg what going to happen next?

I snapped out of my head when Ollie touched my shoulder

"Are you okay?" He asked

"Yeah peachy," I said sarcastically

"Vi..." He started but I cut him off

"I'm sorry I just need time to process everything that happend,"

"Look I'm here for you if you want to talk all of us are," Ollie said and hugged me

"I know," I'm I mumbled into his chest

"Good now dad and Dame wants to talk to you in the office," he said and dragged me there

Once we got there dad told me to come in so I sat on the chair in front of the table

"Vi tomorrow Andrew, his boys, Everest and Dom is coming if your up for visitors and about 1 pm Paul will be here to help with your muscles

Around 5 Doc Scott will be here so you can start your session with him is that okay?" Dad asked me and I slowly nodded

"And about your addiction we want you to talk about it with doctor Scott or us if you need okay," Dad said again

"Did you guys tell anyone?" I asked lowering my head

"No but you should so we can all help you," Dame said

"Okay, I'll do it tomorrow,"

"Good now get some sleep," Dame said

"One question thou when can I go back to school?" I asked

"After your healed and ready," Dad said

I nodded my head and stood up they each kissed me on the head and said goodnight

Once I reached my bed I immediately fell asleep

The next day I woke up with Athena and Ares licked my face making me giggle

"Okay I'm up," I said to the two and stood up they both watched every move I made

I got dressed in some shorts and a long sleeves shirt. I put on some socks and then patted my legs to call the wolves

They followed me out of my room and into the kitchen I opened the back door for them and they ran out tripping over each other

I pour myself some coffee and sat down just when I was going to take a sip Liam stood next to me with a hand full of pills

I looked at him then at the pills and drank it all. After a while, Liam and Blake started making breakfast and I watched them

"You can help you know," Blake said

"I just got out of the hospital and you want me to make food?" I said dramatically

"Vi your fine you can just help mix the batter," Liam said

Drama time baby

"Blake you know your my favorite brother right," I said loudly

"Vi, what are you planning?" He asked as he saw all my younger older brothers in the kitchen looking at us

"Bye favorite big brother," I said and went to the dining room smiling

I sat down between Dame and Chase when dad asked, "Why are you smiling so brightly today?"

Before I could answer Blake ran in and yelled at my younger brothers who were behind him "Get away from me maniacs,"

"Boys stop," Uncle Aless yelled

"Why are you chasing each other?" Matt asked

"Well Blake wanted me to help so I cost a little dram by telling them Blake was my favorite," I said smiling innocently

Everyone burst into laughter and then Chase said, "that's a good one I know we all know she loves me more,"

All my brothers started to argue except Dame he just looked at his siblings and Liam who was still in the kitchen

"You know you're my favorite right," I whispered to Dame and he smiled at me

"I know," he whispered back and gave me a side hug

After we were done eating I went into the kitchen and put away the dishes. I walked out and walked straight into someone

I look up to see my two best friends

"Jax, Caleb!" I jumped and hugged them

"What are you doing here?" I asked letting them go

"Well we help rescue you so did Ace and his friends," Jax said and Caleb cut him off

"Also Everest and Dom and Will"

"Seriously?" I asked and hugged them again

"Yeah and we have a surprise come on," Caleb said and grabbed my hand dragging me to the living room

"Clay?!" I yelled and ran to him once I saw him

I hugged him tightly afraid to let go.

"Hey niñera" he whispered in my ear making me cry (baby sister)

"Is this real hermano mayor?" I said while crying (big brother)

"Yeah I'm really here," he said and let me go to wipe my tears away

After I stopped crying I got angry and started to hit him on the shoulder

"You were dead you asshole were the fuck were you for four years?" I said as I hit him and heard people laugh behind us

"Crap niñera, stop hitting me," he said

"No, you made me believe you were dead, Jackass," I said and gave him one big punch on the shoulder

"Fuck" he mumbled and rubbed his arm I turn my back to him and greeted Mr. A, Everest, and Dom

After a while, we talked and I asked "when are you guys going home?"

"We're leaving in an hour so we should say our goodbyes," Mr. A said

"Why so soon?" I asked

"Sorry sweety but since Clay is back we need to get the guys to trust him again and the boys need to go back to school," Mr. A said

"Yeah, we have to leave too, Janelle is already angry that I took my little princess away from her for so long so we should get back before she does anything crazy," Everest said

"Okay fair points," I said and pouted

"Oh crap we should go now while we're still in control of our minds she always does this so people do as she says or asks," Jax said and they all said goodbye and left

I was sitting on the couch watching movies with my brothers when dad and another guy came in

"Violet this is Pual," Dad said

I stood up and shake his hand before we started our session. We went into the gym.

"Violet, we're going to go slow at first okay?" He asked and I nodded my head

"Okay, I want you to do a few..." He said and gave me a few exercises

We started our session and finished an hour later. My body feels like it's burning it's so sore and I'm so exhausted.

"We'll do this again tomorrow same time but for now rest a bit," he said

"Oh and remember to do the stretches I told you to do," He said before walking out

"Uhh," I said and lay down on the floor and closed my eyes

A minute later somebody stood above me so I opened my eye and saw Dame and Ollie

"Are you okay?" Ollie asked

"Nope," I said

"Want help to stand up?" Dame asked

"Uhh," I said and reached up

They helped me up and then I went to get a shower just when I finished showering and getting dressed dad came in and said that Doctor Scott is here in his office.

We went up and sat down on the couch.

"Hey Violet my name is Doctor Scott but you can just call me Scott okay,"

"Hey," I said

"So the first session is going to be with your dad just so that we can talk about who to handle some stuff and later on he will leave so we can just get to know each other is that okay?" Scott asked

"Yeah," I said

"Okay, so first things first the flashbacks when it happens I want you to tell yourself that you're having a flashback. Remind yourself that the actual event is over and that you survived.

I want you to remember to breathe. Someone can help you by letting you feel their heartbeats or you can take slow, deep breaths by placing your hand on your chest and taking deep breaths. Watch your hand how it moves as you breathe in and out.

Or you can use your five senses

1. Look around you. Make a list of the items you can see

2. Breathe in a comforting scent, and focus on what you can smell

3. Listen to the noises around you. What can you hear?

4. Taste what can you taste

5. What can you feel?

Okay?" He said making me and dad nod our heads

"Okay, then the nightmares. I want you to use a nightlight and when you are having bad dreams I want you to write it in a journal and then on the next page rewrite the ending," he said to me and then turned to dad and said

"If she gets a nightmare I want you guys to make sure she doesn't hurt herself I will also give some medication for her,"

"Okay, and what should we do if she has an anxiety or panic attack?" Dad asked

"The five senses can help," Scott said and then turned back to me and asked

"I also heard that you did use drugs before so I want to ask do you ever cut yourself?"

"Yes," I answered truthfully

"Are you still doing it," he asked

"I did before I got kidnapped by Murphy haven't done it since but still get the urge to do it," I said lowering my head

"Okay I want you to go get all your sharp objects that are in your room and bring it here and Violet I mean all sharp objects okay?" He said and gave me a box

I look at him then stood up grabbed the box and went to my room. I throw everything I had in the box and went upstairs again.

Luckily I didn't run into any of my brothers. I entered the office and gave him the box

"Thank you Violet but now let talk about when you get these urges

Whenever you get that urge to use or harm yourself I want you to go to one of your brothers or your father and talk to them or you can call me and I will come immediately then we can talk," he said and I nodded my head

"Good, now about interactions with others. I saw that you aren't shy or scared of new people which is very good but I also saw the wall your keep up.

I want you to start trusting others again and well begin with you trusting yourself. I'm going to give you two journals one where you write all your nightmares in and one where you write in all your emissions and what you did for the day.

I will also give you a notepad where you have to at least add two names a week that you trust. I want you to write your family's names first and then on a new page your friend's names.

Every Saturday when we have our session I want you to name the two persons and why you're deciding to trust them. Does it sound fair?" Scott asked

"Sure," I said

"Good now let us talk for a while to get to know each other," he said giving me a small smile

"I'll leave you guys," dad said kissed my head, and left the room
