Standing near the lift on the hill, Jareth could see the whole village from here.

Looking at the crying and sobbing villagers and children, Jareth suddenly remembered some past memories.

An orphanage.

"I didn't know you were the type to come and donate money to places like orphanages…"

In response to Shiina's question, he replied in a rather vague tone.

"Er… I do some good work from time to time…"

Shiina smiled at those words and flicked her finger at his forehead before saying,

"Hehe, these small good things you do are the reason why you stole my heart, you little thief…"

At Shiina's words, he just gave a dry laugh.

He couldn't muster the courage to tell her that he came here to do pre-mission scouting; he was gathering information on the security of this area.
