The She-Devil Returns!

As marco and mystogan make their way through the streets of magnolia the two wizards meet each other.

" Can you handle him?" Marco asked as he crossed paths with mystogan

" Yes." Mystogan said as they both continued walking to their destinations.

Good with mystogan holding off laxus I can focus on the guild hall for now. I need to see if the others are alright. Marco thought as he continued his way to the guild hall. When suddenly a screen report appeared in front of him.

[ Erza vs Evergreen: Winner Erza]

" I see, so Erza is holding down the fort." Marco said with a smile as he continued his way to the guild hall, when suddenly a wall appeared in front of him.

" Hmm, what is this?" Marco asked before 3 small beams were fired at him.

" Yahoo Babies you caught a big one today. You gotta be the new guy everyone's talking about. The one the master handpicked as an S-class wizard. Why don't you show me just how powerful?" Bicslo started before marco drove his fist into bicslows face, slamming the man into the ground and creating a crater around him.

" I don't have time to deal with punks like you." Marco said as he resumed walking towards the guild hall.

At fairy tail.

" He called it the battle of fairy tail?" Lucy asked

" Laxus outdid himself this time." Cana said

" At any rate it's over now. I played along with this foolish game, because your lives were in danger, but I won't indulge him anymore." Makarov said

" Master, we can't let him get away with hurting our friends." Mira said

" Yeah, she's right. if we don't teach laxus a lesson then he'll never learn." Bisca said

" Ooh don't you worry, I'm gonna give that boy a punishment he'll never forget. You can mess with me, but you can't mess with my guild." makarov said

" Hey now hold on a sec, I don't know about hostages, but I don't see any harm in finding out who's the strongest. I think we should keep the battle going." natsu says much to the annoyance of the females around him. " In the end I bet he was just trying to have a little fun for the festival, give him a break." natsu said

I don't know what I'm going to do with you Natsu. Makarov thought.

" In other words, what are we waiting for? We got enough to people here let's start brawling. Come on round 2 right now." Natsu said

" WHAT!?" Bisca, Lucy, and levy all yelled

" DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT YOU NICOMPOOP!" Makarov yelled.

" Ahh, come on I gotta do something with all this pent-up energy I got." natsu said punching the air

" Give it a rest. You're always looking for a new excuse to fight." Lucy said

" If you need to blow off steam that bad, I'm always ready to rumble." Cana said

" Don't encourage him girl." Bisca said

" Ya know, I don't think it's nice to beat up on girls especially if they're your friends." Happy said

" A girl, a guy, friend, enemy who cares." Natsu said

" Keep this up and I'm gonna fight ya." Happy yelled

" Come on lucy let's see what you're made of." Natsu yelled chasing the girl

" No way!" Lucy yelled as she ran away from natsu eliciting laughter form the others

" Why the serious expression?" Juvia asked

" it's nothing." Gajeel said

" This guild sure is fun, isn't it?" Juvia asked

" It ain't boring at least." Gajeel said

Suddenly the status report screen appeared again

[ Marco Vs Bicslo: Winner Marco]

" MARCOS BACK!" Lucy yelled in excitement.

" Alright! Looks like we have a chance at beating laxus after all." Cana said

" That boy's gonna be in trouble when Marco finds out what he did to you huh mira?" Bisca asked the white-haired woman

" Marco." Mira whispered as tears formed in her eyes.

The fairy tail members celebrated the return and victory of their friend that is until, suddenly the runes from the barrier on fairy tail transformed into a skull and the voice of laxus came through.

" Can you hear me old man? The rest of you better listen up too." Laxus said

" What do you want?" Natsu asked

" Looks like one of the rules just went out the window, so I'm adding a new one. Wouldn't want the battle of fairy tail to end early. So, I've decided to activate the thunder palace." Laxus said

" Are you out of your mind Laxus?" Makarov asked

" You have an hour and 10 minutes. If you think you can win you better get moving. Unless you're ready to hand the guild over to me now Master. Hahahaha!" Laxus said before disappearing.

" This game has gone on for long enough boy. I won't let you drag innocent people into this." makarov yelled before grasping his chest in pain.

" MASTER!" The fairy tail members yelled as makarov collapsed.

back with marco

Marco was making his way to fairy tail when he looked up into the sky to see a series of unknown objects floating high above the city.

" What the hell are those?" Marco asked as he saw the strange yellow objects in the sky. " Whatever they are, they're overflowing with lightning magic, I can feel it. This is going to get ugly real fast. Time to pick up the pace." Marco said as he activated his lightning armor and sped off towards fairy tail. As he was running, he saw one of the orbs explode followed by a loud scream. " Damn It!" Marco yelled as he raced through the streets of magnolia after another 10 minutes of funning he arrived at the guild hall to see Levy was the only one still there

" Marco!" Levy yelled in excitement

" Levy! What the hell is going on?" Marco asked

Levy proceeded to fill Marco in on the events that had been happening. When the report screen appeared again.

[ Cana vs Juvia: Winner Cana]

[ Cana vs Freed: Underway]

" There's no way she can handle both of them." Marco said. I need to focus where are they. Marco thought as he used his observation haki to search for Cana and Juvia. " I found them! Mira and Elfman are close to them as well. Listen Levy You gotta hold the guild hall down. I'm going after Mira and the others." Marco said before rushing off towards the battle. As he ran the report screen once again came up

[ Cana vs Freed: Winner Freed!]

" Damn It!" Marco growled as he ran towards their energy signatures. after a few minutes Marco arrived near the bridge to see a Dark circle appear in the sky.

" This energy, It's Mira!" Marco said in disbelief. " I thought she lost her magic" Marco said as he arrived on the scene to see the woman transforming into a demon. Her beautiful white hair standing up and becoming wilder. Her Arms becoming more demonic. Her outfit changing as well, something caused marco to have a nosebleed. " Wow, that's really sexy!" Marco said wiping his nose.

" Grrr!" Mira grunted as he lunged at freed the attack causing a small explosion.

" Dark ecriture: Wings" Freed said as wings grew from his back

" Raaaaaah!" Mira yelled as she too grew wings.

Mira chased Freed through the air swinging wildly at the man before Landing a kick to the man's body dazing him. She followed that up with a punch that knocked freed back down into the bridge.

Freed emerged from the smoke trying to gain some distance from the woman, but that didn't work out to well

" Huh!?" Freed gasped as Mira appeared behind him in a flash.

" Die!" Mira said coldly while glaring at freed.

This is her takeover magic. The She-Devil. Satan-soul." Freed thought in terror.

" Darkness Stream!" Mira yelled as a flurry of darkness claws attacked freed. Freed doing his best to dodge the attacks

" Dark ecrit Ahhh!" Freed yelled as Mira cut off his attack with a knee forcing freed to let go of his sword and retreat from the woman. " I know a few forbidden spells of my own." Freed said as he gathered magic in his hands. " EVIL! BETAL! ZIVA! DARK ECRITURE: DARKNESS!" Freed yelled as he was suddenly surrounded by darkness. Freed transformed into a demon of his own. " Raaaaaaah!" Freed yelled as he and mira's fists collided with each other causing a shockwave that destroyed the ground beneath them.

Marco down below began tending the wounded guild members.

" Marco?" Elfman said as he began to stir. " Good to see ya pal."

" Same here buddy! You know something Elfman. Mira really is amazing isn't she." Marco said with a smile watching the fight above.

" Of course, she is."

"RAAAAAAH!" Freed yelled as he encased his hands in energy

" AHHHHH!" Mira yelled as she did the same.

The two wizards traded blows with each other ferociously. The sound of their fists colliding creating shockwaves. However, it wasn't long before mira once again gained the upper hand by kneeing freed in the chin sending him reeling back before recovering. The two clashed multiple times before crashing into a cave.

" EVIL SPARK!" Mira said putting both of her hands on Freed's chest sending him bouncing around the cave's walls in a ball of lightning

" It' true. Her powers are uncanny. I heard tales of her abilities, but I never would have thought Mirajane was capable of this!" Freed said

" Hmph!" Mira said looking down on the man.

" You're strong, but I can't afford to lose the game to you. RAAAAAAH! DARKNESS BREATH!" Freed yelled as tornado of darkness launched mira out of the cave and into the sky. " DARKNESS FLASH BOMB!" Freed yelled as he appeared above mira and slammed her down into the water below with a small sphere of darkness. " Is she finished?" Freed asked.

Finished? There's no way you are beating my girl that easily. Marco thought with a smirk as the water below began to twist and turn.

" What's happening?" Freed asked as mira appeared below controlling the water. " She's controlling the water!?" freed said. 'Just how powerful is she?' freed thought.

" EVIL EXPLOSION!" Mira said launching the tunnel of water at freed knocking him back, following it up with a headbutt that dazes him. " SOUL EXTINCITION!" Mira said as a massive wave of darkness hit freed and exploded. The explosion itself being seen for miles.

" Hey Elfman."

" Yeah Marco."

" Remind me never to piss Mira off again." Marco said as he, elfman, and the girls all looked at mira ruthlessly beating Freed.

" Yeah, as long as you do the same for me." Elfman said

" Wait a minute. Shit!" Marco said before rushing towards Mirajane and freed. 'She's going to kill him' Marco thought Before Mirajane pulled her fist away from freeds face, suddenly stopping her assault. Marco watched as mira undid her transformation.

" I don't understand. Why did you stop?" Freed asked

" Because this battle is meaningless." Mira said

" You can spare me your false pity mira. Finish me off." Freed said

" I won't do that because we're both allies of fairy tail. That means we work together, we celebrate together, and we grow together." Mira said as Marco and the others approached

" No, you're wrong Laxus is my only true ally." Freed yelled

" It doesn't have to be that way. Listen, we've been your friend since the very beginning. It's perfectly fine to have that one person you trust more than anybody else. It's human nature, but that doesn't mean you have to shut out the rest of us. We're all a part of something bigger, we're like family. If you'll just reach out, I promise there will always be someone there for you. Once you're finally able to see that connection, you'll never forget it's there. You're surrounded by people who care for you." Mira explained gracefully causing freed to cry

" I couldn't have said it better myself." Marco said as he wrapped his arms around the girl's stomach.

Mira looked up in surprise to see one of the most important men in her life. " Welcome home, Marco!" Mira said leaning back into the man's hug.

" I'm home."

" I never wanted it to come to this." Freed said

" Sometimes freed in order for us to grow we have to make mistakes. It is a part of life after all. Learn from this experience. Use this as a chance to grow and become a kinder gentler wizard. We can celebrate next year's festival together as friends instead of as enemies." Marco said to the crying man.

" I couldn't have said it better Myself." Mirajane said as she kissed marco.

" Hmph they really are something aren't they." Elfman said while holding juvia

" I'll say." Cana retorted

The status screen opened again showing the result of the battle

[ Freed vs Mirajane: Both Fighter's forfeited]

" This just got a whole lot more interesting." Gajeel said

" That means there's only one more left." Natsu said as laxus stood in the cathedral angry at the loss of his last fighter.
