THE SECRET BEHIND THE KISS

"SERA!!!...." muling tawag ko sa pangalan niya. She looked at me. Mas lalo ako kinutoban ng makita ko ang mga mata niya. There's really something.

"Loki....Azrael....Please go home....I will stay here for awhile...." she said na lalong nagbigay saakin ng kakaibang pakiramdam.

"What??!!!....Don't joke, Sera....hindi kami natutuwa....Come here!! At sino naman niyang kasama mo??...." Azrael refused and asked.

"Uhhmmmm.....He's Chael my seatmate....I mean my best buddy....I'm ok, don't worry...." pagpupumilit ni Sera and she suddenly put a fake smile. Really!? What kind of fake smile is that?!

"You know what, Sera....your not good in acting...." mahinang sambit ko pero sapat para marinig niya. Mukhang nagulat siya sa sinabi ko.

"Loki, please!!....Just please!!....Pagbigyan niyo ko, just this once...." malungkot na sabi pa ni Sera.

"NO!!....No!!....No!!...." inis na sigaw ni Azrael. "Hindi kami aalis ni Loki, hanggang hindi ka namin kasama pauwi, Sera!?....Don't make things complicated, please..." seryoso at pakiusap ni Azrael. This is the first time I heard Azrael pleaded.

"No worries, gentleman....Sera is very important person to me, I dare myself hurt her or lay even one little finger of her...." sabi nung nangangalang Chael. Paano ba nakilala ni Sera ang lalaki na ito? And who the hell he is?? What his relationship to Ucifer and the Fallen members??

"Who are you??...." hindi ko na napigilan pa itanong. I can't let Sera stay with his side.

"Sorry for late introduction....I'm Lord Chael Curtis Sliwa....the Lord of Fallen Kingdom...." pagpapakilala niya.

"So....Ikaw pala iyong tinatawag nilang Lord?!!..." inis na tanong ni Azrael. I saw his fist clenched. Mukhang gusto niya suntokin ang kausap.

"Right....Sera and I, made a Deal....It's best for both of you to let Sera stay in my side for awhile...." nakangiti niyang sagot. Napataas ang isang kilay ko when I heard what he said. DEAL?? And what kind of f*cking deal is that?!!

"F*ck You!!...Who cares about the Deal!? We are here for Sera so let her go!!...." Azrael refused to leave again. Frustrated at the same time.

I have something on my mind. Alam ko this is not the right time, but ito lang ang naiisip kong paraan for this time. Halatang hindi basta basta lang ang Lord Chael na tinatawag nila Ucifer. There's something in his aura that so overpowered. That's why I need SOMEONE help.

Lumapit ako kay Azrael at hinawakan siya sa balikat, "Azrael....maybe....we should go...." seryosong sabi ko kay Azrael. Halatang nagulat siya sa sinabi ko.

"What the hell are you talking, Loki!!...Don't make me laugh!!...." hindi makapaniwalang sabat niya saakin.

"I'm not joking....at nasa tamang pagiisip pa ko para sabihin mong pinapatawa kita, I'm NOT!...." inis na sabat ko rin sakanya.

Tinignan lang niya ko with suspicious eyes, mukhang kahit papaano matalino rin siya dahil mukhang na-gets niya rin ang gusto ko ipahiwatig.

"Just a bit of advice childish vampire...." sabi ko sabay tap sa balikat niya, "remember what I said before in the hospital??....I hope, you still thinking about those things what I've said....so stay back for awhile...." seryosong saad ko kay Azrael.

Halatang nagtaka siya sa mga sinabi ko. Nasa kanya na iyon kung hindi niya maintindihan, alam ko ma-gegets rin niya mamaya ang lahat. At agad na bumaling ang tingin ko sa tinatawag nilang Lord Chael.

"We will leave....But I want Sera, come forward....I need something to talk to her...we just TALK...." seryosong sambit ko with emphasize the word talk.

"Ok....Sera....you can talk to your bodyguard, but I hope you still prioritize our Deal, remember what supposed our Deal made of...." seryoso pero nakangiting saad ni Chael kay Sera.

Tumango si Sera kay Chael at nagsimula na siya humakbang papalapit sa pwesto namin ni Azrael. Ng makalapit siya saamin, ay muli ako nagdalawang isip kung hindi ko ba pagsisisihan ang gagawin ko. In front of everyone, especially Azrael. Who still waiting for answers.

I can't help my self. I don't have another plan. Ito lang talaga ang naisip ko paraan. But still, I believe Azrael willing to understand everything.

"I'm sorry Sera...." after what I'm said, mabilis na hinawakan ko at hinila ko ang isang kamay niya palapit saakin, ramdam ko ang maagap na paggalaw ng mga kasama ni Ucifer na para bang naka-ready rin sila sa mga possibleng mangyari. Nagulat at nagtaka rin si Sera sa inasal ko.

Hindi na ko nagdalawang isip pa to take my next move. I gentle hold and push her head towards me, sapat para magkalapit ang mga mukha namin and I KISSED HER in that instance.

The moment our lips meet, her body become stone, halatang nagulat siya at hindi na nakagalaw pa sa kanyang pwesto.

Her lips was so soft different from Him, amoy ko rin ang mabango niyang hininga, and somehow inside of me didn't want this moment to be last. Somehow, I want more. Somehow I want our kissed to be more deep and passionate.

I want Sera KISSED ME BACK. Just for that little time of moment, I suddenly become greedy for her kiss.

I feel like in trouble, I hold her more gentle and even push her more towards me. I want to kissed her more. MORE and MORE. I suddenly feel become addicted to her kiss. But unfortunately our kissed never last long.

For just a couple of seconds, she change. After the KISS, there is a MAN, the SECRET behind the KISS. And Sera is nowhere to be found.

Azrael shocked and maybe all of them. Now, a naked MAN standing in front of us, he's now on the spot light. Lahat kami nakatingin sakanya. Agad ko naman hinubad ang suot kong human-sized brown modern style coat at binigay sakanya, agad naman niya tinanggap at sinuot.

"ARES??...." hindi makapaniwalang tawag ni Azrael sa pangalan niya. He's really shocked. And speechless after calling his name. His eyes are full of questions, but this is not the right time to discuss everything.

"Later, Azrael....Wait. HE will explain to you everything...." mahina at pabulong sa sambit ko sakanya, pero sapat para marinig niya.

Napatingin siya saakin, his eyes become serious and I feel liked na may gusto ipahiwatig ang mga titig niya saakin. His eyes become someone who can't tell if he will trust again. And someone eyes who are betrayed by someone he really TRUST in his entire life.

The confusion and betrayal suddenly cut at the moment. Because someone laugh, putting an end to the awkwardness feelings and cold ambience.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!....." Chael laughed without worrying others attention.

"Lord Chael Curtis Sliwa....I'm sorry to disappoint you, but the Deal is no longer exist...." Ares said with smile on his face, his voice is full of authority and power.

In one glimpse, nagulat nalang ako ng nasa harap na ni Ares si Chael, holding a sword in his right hand and with a force he swing it to Ares face. Pero sinangga lang iyon ni Ares ng kamao niya. Kahit malakas iyong impact na pagtama ng matalim na bahagi ng espada na hawak ni Chael sa kamao ni Ares ay hindi man lang siya nasugatan.

We all gasped for the sudden tension made by this two man. Mukhang they are not buddies at all like what Sera have said kanina lang. That's why I totally questioning it. Best buddy huh??!! Or worst enemies??

"She's MINE!!....GIVE HER BACK TO ME!!!...." inis na baling ni Chael kay Ares. Halatang nawala ang pagiging kalmado niya. He push himself more, to give more pressure and weight to the sword he holding on. Pero parang bato ang balat ni Ares, hindi man lang nasusugatan.

"She's my wife. No one own her. JUST ME. MINE ONLY. MINE. Not yours...." poker face na sagot naman ni Ares.

Mabilis naman na lumayo si Chael kay Ares. They looking each other, eye to eye, na para bang sila lang ang tao sa paligid, they both disregard our gazed and existence at the moment their eyes meet.
