Chapter One Hundred Twenty Nine

Andrew sighed and handed the phone to Macy. There was a message from Hani saying that she was going to the hospital with Marcus. Oh, as well as an apology because the lawyer took the boy to a fast-food restaurant.

Macy returned the phone to Andrew who was sitting on the edge of her bed. The man reread the message. “Is it okay if Marcus comes here?” he asked as he stowed the phone on the nightstand next to the bed.

Macy nodded her head. It's also unavoidable after all. When Marcus found out about her condition, her son would want to see her right away. She just needs to prepare for the worst.

Hani didn't say anything about Marcus’ emotions in her message. But she knows her son. Marcus will not cry in front of other people, not even close family or relatives like Hani. Even in front of his own parents, the little man still found it difficult to let out his emotions. However, for the current situation, Macy is sure that her son will definitely cry when he sees her.
