Chapter One Hundred Fifty Nine

Andrew brought Macy a glass of warm tea, while he himself returned to pouring wine into his glass. They were standing on the veranda of the apartment. Enjoying the night breeze and the streets being filled with cars from workers returning to their respective homes.

Macy took a deep breath and took a sip of her tea slowly. "I apologize."

It surprised the writer. And also, Macy.

Hani told her after they talked, she would find out if she needed to apologize to Andrew. But she feels like it's the right time. She realized that her attitude was wrong. Forcing sex on her boyfriend when he refused; it is an act of sexual harassment. Even though they are lovers but both parties must give consent for sexual contact. It must always be mutual.
