Worst Birthday

   Eve's POV

   Before ICE can pull the trigger we both heard a growl. Then a very large wolf appeared in front of us. I know ICE instinct kicks-in as he pointed the gun to the vicious looking wolf. We both know this wolf is far more dangerous than the both of us. I also made a defensive stance. I can feel the wolf is looking at both of us as if he is studying our second move. The wolf choose to lunge at  ICE in full speed while ICE tried to shoot it with his gun. Good thing it has a silencer or the sound of it will really make a big disturbance in the woods.

   A click sound at the end made me look at ICE. He has no more bullet and now he is fighting the wolf with a blade and his fist. I didn't move from where I stand I know for sure if I make a sound it will turn it's attention to me.

   "Help me goddammit!".

   ICE asked for my help but cursed me at the same time but still I didn't move. My real intention is to finish him off. Then why would I help him. The fight between them last for almost ten minutes and ICE dropped to the ground, dead. Then the wolf face me as if laughing. I readied myself and my moon blades. Now it's my turn to fight.

   The vicious looking wolf stand in front of me. I grip my blades tightly and ready myself but to my surprised the wolf started to tremble and I heard cracking bones and the next thing I knew a naked man is now standing in front of me.

   "Hello little girl!". He said and gives me a creepy grin.

   "OH.... MY..... GOD!". I blurted out.

   "You will going to call all the gods you know after I'm done with that sweet body of yours!". He said and licked the side of his lips.

   Eewww!... I want to vomit. "Sorry, but that gross thing you're thinking will not going to happen". I said with disgust to him.

   "Well, let's see about that!".

   He growled and I heard another cracking bones sounds. He turned to wolf again and jumped over me. I run towards him too and bend my knees so I can slide under him. I hold tight to my blades and slit his neck and stomach. His blood pour to my body and he dropped dead to the ground. I stand up and looked at him then looked at ICE. Both are laying dead to the ground. Then another howl broke into the air not one but many.

   "It's hard to deal with one. I don't think I can deal with a lot". I mumbled to myself. I checked my left arm and there's a lot of dried blood. I can't go to the hospital. I just need to go home.

   Caeron's POV

   I woke up screaming and my parents with my sister Emma came rushing to my room.

   "What happened?". My Mum have this worried look in her eyes.

   "My left arm.... I feel like someone stab me!". I looked at it but there's nothing in it.

   "I think your mate is in trouble". Emma said and we all looked at her.

   "Wait.... Is Cara still alive?". My Dad asked in confusion.

   "We don't know honey... But if Caeron is feeling his Mates emotions then maybe or maybe our son has another mate near by".

   I grab my head with my two hands. Today is a very confusing day for me. Is Cara is still alive or do I have another mate near by?. A question I don't know how to answer.

   "They found dead bodies outside!". My Dad suddenly said.

   I mind link Maddox and he told me that there's a dead rogue and a foreign man in a suit laying outside ten kilometres from our Pack house.

   "This is the worst birthday I ever have!". I mumbled to myself.
