Chapter 45

“MuseoFrida Kahlo.” The taxi driver pointed. Eli nodded, as they passed the cobalt blue walls of the dead artist’s home.

“Who?” Sully asked.

“She’s a famous painter along with her husband. I forget his name,” said Josh.

“Diego Garcia,” Eli remarked. The other taxi stopped in front of a row of shops. “Okay.” Eli caught their driver’s attention. “Bien, esto es bueno aqui.” Eli tipped their driver extra, and the man greeted the exchange of colorful Mexico pesos eagerly

“I dunno. But if they have something like Starbucks’ caramel macchiato, then I’d be good with that. Oh, and maybe some banana bread. Or pumpkin bread.”

Eli nodded. “Okay. Josh, you go up there and stand and order.”

“What are you going to do?” Josh’s eyebrows arched, his voice questioning.
