Practical Combat Class 1

Aiden was in deep thoughts, Arthur as well but he was smiling. Lilith was looking at Noah as if trying to say something but didn't say anything in the end.

Noah closed his eyes, ignoring his surrounding.

Lastly it was the turn of the last student with a Unique class.

''Arthur Kaamelott. I've got the Unique Class: Holy Knight of Light. A different type of Holy Knight, Light is my forte, a hybrid class to play a variety of roles such as healing, tanking and damage dealer, the strongest knight.''

Arthur proudly introduced his class, his explanation was really detailed. He even puffed his chest at the end.

''Wow! As expected the strongest Knight's son.''

''I'm getting jealous here.''

The envious students couldn't stop murmuring.

Noah opened his eyes and glanced at Arthur, he was seeing him in a new light.

'Maybe he will be worth roping in but first I'll need to observe him and then decide.'

Arthur was surprised to see Noah taking the initiative to look at him.

'He must have been smitten by my introduction and how awesome my unique class is.'

He couldn't help but smile. He had to make Noah his friend at all costs because he believed that being together with Noah would be fun. There's a certain air of mystery around Noah, as if he was hiding something and Arthur was curious.

Elena nodded before allowing the remaining students to introduce their class.

Noah didn't pay too much attention to them except for three students with Elite Class.

Francesca Fillion with the Saint Healer Class. She could heal as well provide buffs and unlike Arthur, she was your typical support Player's type. Her healings and buffs are more powerful.

The second student with an Elite class that caught Noah's eyes was Ilya Norys. Princess Shaman (Elite Class): A Special class related to curses and summoning.

Noah wanted to see how this works.

And lastly a young man with the Dual Mage Class, he could use both Ice and Flame elements.

Elena clapped her hands twice to calm the rowdy classroom.

''Now, now, it's good that you're all happy. Acquiring a class is just the beginning of your Player's life. You will need to work hard for now on. To those with a Common Class, do not despair remember my lesson last time. There's no mediocre Class only mediocre Players. Hard work always reward, try to understand your class and work in evolving it in the direction that benefit your class.''

''You must all have received a rune related to your class and an exclusive skill as well.''

Everyone nodded at their teacher's words.

''Every rank up will give you an exclusive skill more powerful than the previous one. You can now equip better equipments and buy class related skills.''

The students sighed knowing skills and items are really costly. They would need to start earning credits to grow stronger. Being a Player is costly.

Elena noticed their state and chuckled.

''I understand how you feel. Missions will start soon after the practical combat class.''

Aiden was overjoyed, he could use this practical combat class to cement his name as the strongest. He glanced at Noah who happens to be smiling, eyes filled with something unknown.

For some unexplainable reason he felt chill.

Noah happened to look into his direction at the moment and he flashed Aiden a smile.

On the spot, Aiden felt goosebumps rising all over his body.

'What was that? He is looking down me? No way, I will show you who is the strongest, you just wait Noah.'

Aiden clenched his fists tightly, his eyes were feverish, he would not lose. He would use this practical combat class to display his might and at the same time sway the heart of the woman he loves. He would plant the seed of love in Lilith's heart by showing how awesome and cool he was. Women like strong and reliable men.

Noah had no idea Aiden had just marked him as a stepping stone, he was grinning earlier because the system's next mission was closer and couldn't wait to complete it to earn some gold coins.

The feeling of knowing you have treasures at hand that you can buy but unable because you're broke is truly unbearable.

'Hopefully, there exist other method to earn Gold coin. I'll have to ask the system later.'

Elena observed her students each lost in thoughts and sighed.

''I will explain about Items, Skills and Elixirs.

These three have grades and some of you might know it already but I will still say it. It's essential to explain important things twice for that tend to forget not to.''

The students stopped what they were doing to focus on this lecture.

Elena nodded and started her explanation.

''Skills and Items are graded by:

Common

Rare

Elite

Unique

Legend

Mystic

Transcendent

Starting from the Legend grade, weapon didn't have durability, this does mean they're indestructible only Mystic grade item and Transcendent grade are truly indestructible.

As for skills the higher is the grade, the more powerful it will be. Transcendent grade skills can obliterate a kingdom, they're extremely rare. Skills are compilation of knowledge about each specific skill

And lastly Elixirs, they are extremely valuable to Players. Some can heal wound, some to recover stamina, some recover mana, the most incredible and high grade one can increase stats.

Elixir's grade is slightly different from the other two.

Normal, Rare, Elite, Mystic and Transcendent.

Rumors has it that a Transcendent grade elixir can even revive the dead but that is just a rumors. Only Mystic grade Elixir can regrow a lost limb and it went without saying those are very costly.''

Elena gave few other examples before moving forward with a question.

''Are many among you have reached level 12?"

Noah, Arthur, Aiden, Lilith and the Dual Mage.

''I see, that's good. The rest should be at Level 11, I'm right?" Elena asked the rest of the class and they nodded. She was pleased with her student's progress.

'I'm blessed with exceptional students this year. I'm looking forward to how they will grow.'

Elena looked at her students one by one making them feel pressured. This lasted for a few seconds before she smiled.
