TITLE: Is It You?

I am Andrea Eraya, i am working in this company who is currently successful in the philippines.

I don't know how i get here in this big company, but i guess i am just this lucky in life, maybe.

I came here in the orphanage, i was 16 when i get there, my parents don't want a child like me who have no talent at all and all i do was to damage all precious things we have on our house and that makes them think that they didn't need a worthless child like me so they decide to throw me to the orphanage.

But luckily, some random family who took me in and didn't think twice about it.

They accept me and treat me as their real daughter, and i was so thankful that i do anything they want me to do, cleaning the whole house, doing the dishes, cooking, and washing their clothes.

They give me everything i want, i need, and anything i like.

I feel like i am the most lucky person in this cruel world, i my self will thank them all of my life and give them back on what did they did to me and what they deserve to get from me, i will give them everything they asked me to like they did to me.

They forbid me to have a boyfriend and i agree, because i am contented on them, being with them, and specially be loved by them.

I am having lunch in my desk when my friend Anna called me and told me that our boss is calling for me.

Andrea: *knock knock* excuse me sir

Jeric: Come in.

He said that with a cold face and without looking at my eyes, ummm let me say to me, as in.

Andrea: Umm sir, my friend-, ummm i mean Anna told me-

Jeric: Shut up

Andrea: Yes sir, sorry.

I sat down and never say a word.

5 minutes...

It's been 5 minutes but he didn't say a word needer am i, it was so so awkward, i was freaking up inside of me, i don't know what to do or to make the situation alive.

I mean, yes, we both are alive.

But just look at him, he is handsome indeed but that cold attitude of his, that freaking eyes that will make you melt, and make you fall in love...

Wait, i mean, make you umm think that he wants to kill you, because umm look!! his eyes is so cold like it doesn't have any emotions at all, and guess what, he call me for nothing, he told me "that's all, see you tomorrow", like imagine what just happened? i didn't do anything plus he doesn't speak or signal me to make him coffee or to do more projects or to order me to move a little bit because i was so uncomfortable that i couldn't even think of what i did and what i need to do.

Well a little maybe because i am slacking off in work and going in late, maybe that is, but he didn't ask about it!! and how did he know it!?!

I was so pissed off when i walked out inside that cold and awkward room of his, but then again another bad luck i guess, i bump in this shawty girl who is my bosses lover, well i guess.

Duh she rolled her eyes on me and whisper the word "filthy brat".

I don't care much i just went into my own desk and work work work.

09:00 pm

it's already done thank god i am done, i am so done!.

I was about to leave, but my boss assistant called me, she told me that our boss want to see me, i asked why but she said she don't know either.

This is odd, he keeps calling me in his office, i hope this time this is about promotion, well that is so.. unbelievable, i keep slacking off and going in late.

I knock the door before coming in you know manners.

Andrea: Boss?

Jeric: Come in Andrea.

Andrea: May i know what can i help you?

Jeric: Come here Andrea, closer.

He said it with a little shaky voice, i think his drank, and the worst is, he wants me togo closer his office is dark, it has no lights on.

Andrea: Umm, sir i nee to go home because my parents will worry i told them i am going home so-

Jeric: CAN'T YOU HEAR WHAT I JUST SAID!? I TOLD YOU COME HERE!!

Andrea: But sir.

I am already shaking because i was terrified to him, he was drank also he is mad, i don't think i can be here, i wanna go but i was more afraid of losing this job, looking for a decent job is so hard, i cant lose this job nor go closer to him.

I decided to run off and go home, i know that i will be having a big sh*t about work tomorrow because of running off like that and specially his mad, now that i think about it i don't wanna go to work tomorrow, ughhhh i'm just gonna sleep.

8am..

Gosh, i don't wanna be late nor take a leave but unluckly as always, i've got a lucky fever today so that means i won't be seeing him ehe.

Jeric's Pov

I ask my assistant if Andrea is in work, and she said no.

I don't know what happened last night, but i know my self that i didn't do THAT, am i?

I was so drank because of Natalie, she keeps wanting more in this fake love of us, i just agree because she is my friends sister, I originally really like Andrea, she might not remember it but we both go to the same school.

5years ago..

Jeric: Dad, i wanna go to public school, i wanna try going there.

Dad: Are you sure son? public is.. not that what you expected they might judge you or bully you, I am not there to protect you.

Jeric: It's fine dad, i am a boy.

Dad: Okay son, i will arrange your things later

Jeric: Thanks dad.

I hugged him and arrange my things for school for tomorrow because i am so excited.

5am...

Finally morning, my dad arrange things last night and he told i need to woke up early because my time is 6, i take a shower and eat my breakfast.

5:40 when i reached my school, i searched for my room and when i got there some guy put their hand in my shoulder and say.

Classmate1: Hey kid, new here?

Jeric: Oh yes, hi i am je-

Before i continue he pulled my bag and throw it over in the stairs, i ran to it and one girl appear, she pick up my bag and clean my bag using her hand, she was so pretty that i forget about my bag, she got my mouth drop because of her beauty, since then I couldn't get her out of my mind and I always followed her without her knowing, I looked at everything about her what she liked and what she didn't like until I grew up and was looking for a job, I found out that she was having a hard time finding a job so I took her to my company, i welcomed her in her work without her knowing, i called her in my office and waited for her to say "i think i know you" or something like "you look like someone i know his name is Jeric" or "are you the Jeric i know?"

Ughh why is she difficult to court?

I ask my assistant to go to Andrea's house and bring her medicine and foods that she like, and i decided that when she go back to work i will call her again and will tell her that i am Jeric, the one that she knows 5years ago and the fact that i loved her since then, i was swayed by her beauty and fall for her kindness.
