SAINT'S SPARK

"There you are Muzi!, I have been looking for you everywhere" screamed a 10 years old girl as she ran to meet Muzi and Dave's group.

"Sorry for leaving you Miranda, I kinda got carried away in making friends" replied Muzi with a weird smile while scratching his head.

"Who is she?" asked Jake with glittering eyes

"She's my sis–"

"My name is Miranda and am his sister" Miranda suddenly said as she brought her right hand forward for a handshake.

Miranda is also tanned but she is a little bit fairer than Muzi. She has dark hair with a shade of red on it as it reached her waist based on its length, fiery red eyes, and is just a foot shorter than Dave in height.

Although she is the only girl tanned in the whole crowd of students, it didn't seem to affect her since she had charms and beauty that were rarely seen. So when Jake saw a rare beauty offering a handshake to him, he quickly accepted the handshake with all prudency as he replied.

"Am Jake Turners from the Turners family. It is an honor meeting you"

But unfortunately, Miranda simply ignored him after the handshake and approached Jonah with a handshake.

"What's your name?"

"Jonah Harry" answered Jonah with a short smile while accepting the handshake. After the reply from Jonah, she simply ignored him as she went to Dave with another handshake.

"What about yours?"

"..."

After waiting for a few minutes without getting any response, Miranda suddenly asked again.

"Let me ask again. Can I know your name?"

"No, you can't" Viona suddenly interjected with a calm voice.

"And why can't I?" asked Miranda as she faced Viona with a confused expression on her face. But Viona answered still with a calm voice.

"Because you don't deserve it"

"What do you mean by that!?" screamed Miranda as she tries to confront Viona who was also ready for the confrontation.

But right before they were about to clash, an invisible wall suddenly appeared between the two girls. Then, Mr. Lucas's voice was heard from up in the air along with a tense aura falling on the students.

"No fighting outside the pagoda"

After giving that instruction to the students, the tense aura along with the invisible wall vanished. Although every student in that area was looking at Viona and Miranda angrily, the two girls didn't seem to care as they looked at each other with provocative stares.

'Children' thought Dave as he glanced at the two girls for a moment before putting his eyes back to the large crystal up in the air not knowing that he was also a child too.

Back in the black pagoda, Austin Is currently fighting two Tasmanian Tigers that are in the middle phase of Rank C on the third floor.

'I can't keep this up for long anymore' Austin thought while defending against the paws of the beasts with his weapon. After successfully negating the beast's offensive. he suddenly transformed into a lightning bolt as he made a 20 meters gap between him and the beasts.

<BOLT SPEED>

As if the beast knew what Austin will do at that moment, it began to dash toward where Austin stands. But before they could cross the halfway mark in the distance between them and Austin, a blinding light suddenly engulf the whole floor.

"Huh? why can't see anything on the screen?" Dave asked with a confused expression while trying to see what is happening in the pagoda. But after trying and failing a few times, he turned to look at Muzi with a questioning gaze.

But unfortunately, Muzi shakes his head as he replied to that questioning look on Dave's face.

"Am sorry but I also don't know what is going on there. He hasn't tried this type of spell on anyone that he has spared within the capital"

After seeing that Muzi also didn't know what Is going on in the pagoda, Dave turned his gaze back to the viewing crystal with a pensive look on his face.

'He didn't even look at me or even noticed that another person is beside Muzi. He dares!' Miranda thought as she gave Dave an angry stare.

Unfortunately, what Miranda was doing didn't seem to faze Dave since he began to see the white light suddenly dispersing.

When everyone began to see what was happening on Austin's side of the battle on the third floor, they all had shocked expressions. The two beasts' bodies have been covered with burnt fur and some bleeding holes, some parts of their skin were even removed from their bodies revealing their condensed mists inside.

Austin rather was a bit better off compared to the two beasts. Although the upper parts of his clothes were torn, his body was in good shape as only sweat covered it. He was also holding a light orb and lightning bolts were running through its body.

"Let's end this," said Austin as he threw the light orb toward the two beasts. When the two saw the incoming orb, they suddenly had frightened expressions as they ran away from the orb. But unfortunately, the orb was way faster than them as it quickly met up with them and suddenly engulfed them in its light.

Although the light covered the floor, it wasn't as blinding as the previous one. When the light got dim. Everyone saw that Austin was the only one in that area as the beasts were know where to be seen.
