I Don't Know What To Do With You!
Chen Lijuan had been taking the pregnancy test everyday, as instructed. Even without having any symptoms yet. She used the pregnancy test kit everyday, while the doctor came for blood tests twice a week. They all insisted she took the test without fail. They didn't want to miss out on their little Jian.
She looked at the man and fiddled with her fingers. She shook her head in response.
"Why?" Jian Ying asked her.
"I...I am sorry Jian Ying...I...I forgot to..."
"Hmm…! He sighed and said.
"Take a pregnancy kit and go check"
He said to her and did not scold her.
"Mhm!"
Chen Lijuan immediately went into the bathroom for privacy and came out after awhile. The test was negative.
Chen Lijuan reported back to her husband and his expression remained the same. She could not tell what he was thinking.
"Hmm!" Let's go take a shower first before bed."
"Hm!"
