A few minutes later, Yu Zhe brought the doctor in. He told the doctor what had happened and let him examine her.
After giving Mu Xiaoxiao some glucose to drink, the doctor started his examination.
"Relax, you don't have a concussion. You'll be fine after resting for a while. I'll write a sick note for you; you don't have to attend morning classes anymore. However, you have to be careful next time. A volleyball hit to the head can have major repercussions and might even be extremely serious."
"We understand. Thank you Doctor," Yu Zhe said.
The doctor smiled as he looked at him. "Take care of your girlfriend next time and don't let her get hurt anymore. Alright, come with me. I'll give you her medical certificate."
Yu Zhe blushed but did not correct the doctor.
Mu Xiaoxiao's reflexes were too slow. Before she could explain that she was not his girlfriend, the doctor and Yu Zhe had already left.
