Xiong Jingfei acted like she didn't see a change in Xu Song's attitude towards Feng Huan. She saw it and heard it in Xu Song's voice. Would she be Xiong Guozhi's proud daughter if she missed something that small? 

However, asking her in front of everyone was not the right place and time. She finally popped the question when they were inside the carriage, getting ready for bed. 

Xiong Jingfei stopped Xu Song from fixing the bedsheet, "Xu Song, you must answer me honestly. What is going on with you? Did something happen while I was away? Did someone do something to you?"

Xu Song tightly closed her eyes and took in a deep breath. She opened her eyes again and said, "Miss, you should stay away from General Feng."

"Why?" Xiong Jingfei asked. It wasn't like Feng Huan had evil intentions towards her, she can tell. He was her friend and teacher at the same time.
