The Farewell
"Master, I wish to leave."
Bai Yu Yue notified her intentions to leave the sect as she sat opposite to grandmaster Mu Chen.
"So soon?"Mu Chen asked to affirm when he recalled Bai Yu Yue's interests to study in Mu sect. Then why is she planning to leave all of a sudden.
"I have an emergency at home. I need to go." Bai Yu Yue elaborated.
"Hm, it can't be helped then." Though he was little bit hesitant to let go of a talented student like Bai Yu Yue, Mu Chen agreed with her.
"I am not sure that I'll get another opportunity, but I am glad to say that it was an honour to meet you, grandmaster Mu. Thank you for helping me." She bowed in gratitude.
"You are not coming back?" He inquired in a surprised tone. "I thought you wanted to study here,"
"I would love to study here, but I don't think I'll get enough time. " Her reply was coated with a soft smile. "Duty calls."
