Chapter 261: Concubine!?

"Eh, y-your Highness!?" Remarked Sarah with widened eyes as she spat out the tea she was drinking and looked at Elif standing to her right, causing him to smirk behind his Quạt tay.

"The one and only; though, I shall speak with you later, Sarah, since it seems like you don't wish to dance to this song; I'll find another woman who'll enjoy my company." Said Elif with a narcissistic smile before shaking his head and turning around while walking away, only for Sarah to swiftly stand up and grab his hand.

"I-I didn't know it was you, Your Highness; if I had known it was you, I would've gladly accepted your proposal." Declared Sarah with a slight blush of shame as she held Elif's hand while smiling, though he merely raised his eyebrow.

"Oh, well, it's good to know my charm hasn't failed me, but you've already refused my request to dance, and a Prince such as I doesn't repeat myself twice, so if you'll excuse me, Sarah. I've got some women to go and flirt with." Remarked Elif with a smile while nodding before turning around, glancing at a group of women ogling him and winking at them, causing numerous of them to blush deeply and swoon.

"W-Wait, your Highness!" Said Sarah quickly as she tightly held Elif's hand while firmly standing her ground, preventing him from walking away, well, only since he allowed.

Hiding my smirk from Sarah using my Quạt tay, I turned and glanced back at her with a seemingly confused look, causing her blush to deepen before she stood upright, grabbing the hem of her dress and bowed.

"C-Could I please have this dance, your Highness?" Asked Sarah formally with a deep blush, causing her cheeks to turn bright red when she felt Elif gently grab her chin.

"Hmm, I shall accept your offer, Sarah." Replied Elif with a teasing smile as he held Sarah's chin, lifting her face while she blankly stared into his mesmerizing purple eyes.

Seeing Sarah too entranced with my heavenly appearance to respond, I inwardly chuckled before reaching down and grabbing her hand, breaking her out of her daze while leading her further onto the dance floor. Once we reached a relatively empty spot, I stored my Quạt tay away and wrapped one of my arms around Sarah's lithe waist while I continued to hold her hand; although I was trying to dance, Sarah was too busy embracing me to actually notice.

"Hehe, I know I'm utterly heavenly, Sarah, but please do show some self-restraint; we're in a public setting, not to mention Patriarch and Matriarch Eve is watching." Said Elif with a soft chuckle as he looked down at Sarah deep within his embrace before glancing up at her parents with an annoyed expression.

"Eh, o-oh. S-Sorry, your Highness." Muttered Sarah with a blank look as she looked up at Elif's gorgeous face before looking around her, only to blush once more when she noticed the numerous women staring at her in envy and anger.

"It's fine, Sarah; there are very few people who get the pleasure of hugging my magnificent body, and you're one of the lucky few who I don't mind." Replied Elif with an amused expression as he looked down at Sarah, whose bright red cheeks reached to her pointy ears as she silently nodded while basking in Elif's embrace.

Sarah must've been too embarrassed to say anything since, for several minutes, we continued to dance in silence; even when the song ended and a new one began, neither of us stopped to switch partners, not like I could with how tightly she was holding my waist. However, her bashfulness eventually disappeared as she started dancing with me instead of letting me do everything, and it was quite enjoyable.

"Y-Your Highness, r-regarding my gift-" Said Sarah quietly, though she was interrupted as Elif tightened his arm, pushing her further into his embrace.

"It was a splendid present, Sara, and honestly, if it weren't for tonight, it would be my favorite present, and not for just today, but for all of my birthdays previous to this one. Seeing those memories made me realize how much of a space you actually occupy in my heart, which, I'll say, was much more than I expected." Remarked Elif lightly with a lovely smile as he looked down at Sarah, causing her and every woman watching to blush, except for Elaine, who was on the opposite side of the dining room.

Before Sarah could say anything in return, I placed my finger on her lips as I held her hand and walked towards the dining room entrance; doing a quick sweep of the area to ensure Birger and Elaine weren't looking, Sarah and I sneakily exited the dining room. Neither of us said anything for some time as I led Sarah down several hallways, gaining a little distance between us in the dining room before we eventually stopped in a random hallway, with only the occasional servant and guard passing.

"Y-Your Highness, what's going on?" Asked Sarah nervously with a slight blush as she looked at Elif, who suddenly turned around before gently slamming her against the wall while holding the back of her neck, making her face upwards.

I didn't say anything and did something that would result in quite the scandal if it were to be leaked; leaning down, I pressed my lips against Sarah's and passionately kissed her. The kiss lasted for several seconds before I retracted my lips while looking down at Sarah, who was looking at me in disbelief, shock, and desire with her red face.

"Sara, do you wish to be my concubine?" Asked Elif softly as he gazed deeply into Sarah's eyes, his words causing her to freeze while suddenly widening her eyes in absolute shock.

Sarah didn't respond immediately and just stood there, gazing at me in pure disbelief and astonishment, and I honestly believed if I hadn't said anything, she'd have stayed that way forever.

"I'd like a response, Sarah; we can't stay gone for too long, I've got-" Remarked Elif lightly with a smirk as he brushed Sarah's hair aside, only for her to interrupt him.

"YES!" Yelled Sarah enthusiastically while she sported the largest, happiest, and loveliest smile as she wrapped her arms around Elif's neck before kissing him, slightly surprising him.

I was slightly taken aback by how assertive Sarah suddenly became, but I merely smiled as I reciprocated, passionately kissing her as I pushed her against the wall while reaching down and grabbing her thigh and lifting it up. For several minutes, Sarah and I passionately kissed each other, though eventually, we were forced to separate when we heard the sound of metal clanging together, causing us to glance to our right as we saw a pair of royal guards turn the corner; only for them to awkwardly cough and turn around when they noticed us.

"Y-Your Highe-" Said Sarah with a pained expression, but she couldn't finish as Elif once again kissed her.

"Elif. Just call me, Elif, whenever we're in private; that's an order from your future Emperor." Remarked Elif with a smirk, causing Sarah to lightly blush as she meekly nodded, only for her pained expression to surface once more.

"I-I understand, Elif. Good." Said Sarah and Elif, respectively, as he rubbed his hand across her thigh while lightly kissing her, prompting her to gently push him away, confusing him.

"E-Elif, I'd want nothing more than to be your Concubine, but your sister, her Highness Elaine, she will never allow it." Stated Sarahseriously as she looked up at Elif, causing him to frown slightly as he furrowed his brows.

"Hmm, I don't know about never allowing it, but yes, persuading her to accept you as a concubine will be challenging, to say the least, not to mention all the other political things that come with it as well. Tsk, annoying." Muttered Elif with a thoughtful expression and furrowed brows as he rubbed his chin before frowning and clicking his tongue in annoyance.

"E-Elif, I know no one knows Her Highness better than you, but please trust me, she'll never allow our relationship. T-That's why, as much as I would do anything to be your Concubine, it's best if we just stay as friends." Remarked Sarah with a pained expression while tears began to well up in her eyes as she looked up at Elif before gently resting her head against his shoulders, only for her head to get lightly hit.

"Hmph, stop being so dramatic, Sara. Now that I've kissed you and taken you for myself, do you think I'd ever allow another man to claim you as his? You're mine now and no one else's, so start thinking like such." Declared Elif firmly with a frown as he folded his arms and eyed Sarah, who blushed before meekly nodding.

"Good. Though, regarding Elaine, it will take quite some time to slowly persuade her; years at the minimum, though I'm expecting decades at least. However, that's fine; in the end, you'll eventually become my Concubine and be able to service me all you want, hopefully at least." Added Elif with a nod and a slight smile before intensely frowning, only to shake his head while looking at Sara, whose imagination went wild, causing her blush to extend to her neck.

"I-I understand, Elif." Replied Sarah lightly with a nod, only to be embraced by Elif, his arm wrapping around her waist as they walked back towards the dining room.

"Make sure to practice serving me well; I'll have you do many things to me in the future, my lovely Concubine." Said Elif seductively as he whispered into Sarah's ear while reaching his hand into her dress, only to gently caress her breasts, causing her to moan softly in pleasure.

Now, for those of you who only wanted a single female lead, all I'm going to say is trust me and allow me to cook; that's all I'm giving as I refuse to spoil anything in regards to Sarah and Elif's relationship. Also, Sarah is spelled with an "H" at the end; I sometimes get confused between this novel and the Blacksteel fanfic.
