What happened?

I slowly wake up. i seem to be underground, but i have never seen this part of any place.

"Moon! dont get up! You'll hurt yourself!"

I Jump at the sudden scream and immediately try to get up thinking i didn't make it off the ship.

"Moon.. i'm sorry for yelling, i need you to lay back down, you are bruised and your ankle, though it is healing, is in pretty bad shape, we dont want you to harm it any farther. ok?"

my vision is blurry as i look toward the voice, instead of the expected yellows. i see blue. i relax, nodded slightly, and layed back down. I fall back asleep, i didn't want to, but i did.

The chief had screamed, making me jump out of my nap i had been taking.

"Chief, Everything alright..?"

"Yeah, sorry. moon had gotten up and tried to leave. Do you think you can find one of the nurses? I think his health got a little worse."

I nod and walk out. While i was hiding in my cubby hole all children are required to have, the other villagers where trying to put out the fire that had apparently spreaded. i dont doubt them. half of our forest is gone and for a while, moondrop with it. we had found him after two days in a Box of some sort. it had paddles and he had this collar on, it had a broken half of a chain.

I walk into the nurses area.

"Excuse me? Moondrop had woken up and the chief wants one of you to look at him."

The two look at me and the younger of the two nods and heads that way.

"Darlin, you should go home and rest up for your brother, wouldn't want you to fall asleep when he awakes would we?"

"Yeah, i guess so."

I turn, the bell on my tail ringing as it sways. i head back to let the chief know where i was going, its one of the villages many rules for me because i'm different and will get found more easily.

"Chief, imma go home, ok?"

"That alright, lunar, thank you for letting me know."

i begin to head home, waving to the other children who are also heading home. when i get to my home, its just so lonely, i haven't been able to sleep in it for the past two days, for fear that i might wake up to moondrop bleeding out when he attempted to call out for me. I go to lay down in my bed when the door is kicked open by someone who has blonde hair and red glowing eyes.

"Where. is. Moon."

I attempt to crawl away, not wanting to be near him, he could be the reasons moon is stuck in the nurses area!

"WHERE IS HE?!"

This mans eyes seem to glow more.

"Tell me now."

"N-no! He Needs to be h-healed!!"

The man comes closer to me and my ears go down. He holds a sword out to my neck.

"I don't care. where is he!?"

"I Wont tell you!!"

He pauses looking me up and down.

"You're his brother aren't you?"

His smile gets sinister as my pink eyes go wide.

"That tells me all i need to know..."

He grabs me by my shirt picking me up.

"Oh? even better. a younger brother."

He carries me out, holding me away from him.

"Let go of me!" i am squirming, trying to get away from him, it shows no progress. and i am carried away from my home.
