Ch. 306 Warrior Tournament
Niken and others enjoyed eating together at a restaurant. Niken and Lionel were calm as if there was no danger lurking around them while Yang Shuo and Kazuto constantly watched the basilisk's movements.
That ugly creature seemed to spy on the humans in this restaurant as if it fancied which prey it wanted to target.
On the other hand, Richard relaxed as if he didn't care whether his pet would jump off his shoulder and eat humans or not. He was pretty sure the basilisk wouldn't go off his shoulder as long as Richard didn't chase it away.
Even so, Richard could feel the creature's restlessness and the faint growl sound coming from this beast. He knew this dark beast was starving and began to lose control of his hunger.
In the end, Richard decided to take his pet hunting tonight.
"Aren't you a vampire? Can you take me to where you usually hunt?"
"Do you want to make me prey?"
"I'm about thinking that. I think he will like your meat."
