Ch. 12 'Challenge'

"Oh, I have special eyes. I can still see that even though my eyes are closed."

"How so?" asked Richard again.

"By predicting the flow of the wind around me. I can feel from the wind flowing all over your body. Earlier, you just released a large amount of heat energy. That means your elemental is fire. Based on how good you are at the mastery of your elemental energy, I could guess you must be in A-class at first glance."

"Are all the wind Elementalist the same as you?" this time, Niken asked.

"Yes. All wind Elementalists can see through the movement of the wind. But I heard the knight of the Gale who controls wind has more abilities. For example, wind Elementalist could only see the change of the wind and fly things. As for a knight of the Gale, he can make himself fly and create a big storm.

Some rumors also say the white knight was the best tracker. Once he wanted to track someone, that person won't be able to hide from him."

"Wow, that's amazing." praised Richard. "I want to know the strength of the other knights."

"Well, I know nothing about others. You'll find out more during class in the fire class. I was in the wind class, so I only knew about the wind elemental. We can share each other about each Elementalist knight we've learned."

Richard and Niken nodded in understanding. Richard smiled when he saw his younger sister started to become interested in this place.

"SCARLET FIERY! TODAY I CHALLENGE YOU! I WILL WIN FOR SURE! "

All of a sudden, a loud voice came from a place not far from them.

Reflexively, Richard hid his sister behind his back to protect her. Even so, Niken still could see a young girl with dark skin who was currently the center of attention.

"Again?!" clicked Karyn, annoyed.

"Again?" asked Richard confused, turning his head to Karyn.

"What happened?" asked Niken, who would inevitably fall limp from fear if her brother wasn't on her side.

Every time she felt afraid or felt a threat of danger, Richard always hid her behind his back. And maybe because she was used to it, Niken never felt worried again each time she saw the back of his brother.

"There are no problems if we are in C or D-class. We all feel calm and can study whether we are in Sun or Moon building. As for B-class, surely they want to enter class A. There is a system for B-class. If a B-class' student wants to enter A-class, he/she must challenge one of the students of A-class and defeat him. That way, he/she can take the next test to join A-class. But if he loses, forget about joining the A-class, he even can't participate in the next test." explained Karyn unhurriedly.

"That girl is Sonya Bhyr. She is an earth Elementalist and doesn't accept that she is in level B, so she challenged Scarlet to be the best Elementalist in the Sun building. Though I have no idea why she had to continue to challenge Scarlet regardless of lost like dozens of times."

"Dozens of times?"

"Yup, dozens of times."

"SCARLET! I know you are here," she shouted again.

"I am here." exclaimed someone from the second floor.

Richard and the others looked up to the voice coming. They saw the light brownish hair girl with an overwhelming radiant aura.

It was apparent an aura of a fire elemental.
