Chapter 19 The Child was Gone

'Sorry, we tried our best." Said the doctor, then left with shaking head. The nurse came out to tell him that Jessi was sent to he ward. He nodded spiritlessly, felt nothing inside.

He heard Jessi was making a lot of noises when he arrived at the door to the ward. He hesitated for a second and then opened the door to go inside to see she was crying with all the tears on her face.

The look on her face was incredible. She was shaking her head to deny the fact, and totally out of his expectation, she rushed out of the ward for the doctor, as she thought it was impossible that her child was gone.

Clinton followed without giving it a second thought. She could do anything at her current mental status.

But to his great surprise, he saw the other woman when he found Jessi.
