Chapter 66 - Battle part 7: Tier magic

After Issei fought the other dark apostle, Rias and the rest were pre occupied in trying to handle the enormous creature who had entered a frenzy state. It produced more of is spawn while adding new types liked a muscle bound creature and thin one were I swiftly flew towards them.

Rias quickly formed more of her Destruction sphere that able to reduce the army by small margin. Her attack able to destroy anything upon contact but only last for few hits until it vanish. It was an attack that doesn't exploded upon contact.

She decided to change the shape then momentarily created blade that cut through the hordes while Rias moved on the battlefield as if dancing. Her attack slicing and dicing the body of the creature who tried to got closer then tank type monster move to grabbed her but someone was able to punch it straight to its face killing it.

"Thanks koneko-chan!"

"No problem, Rias-buchou!"

Koneko then jumped proceeding to perform an axe kick that slice through the thick body of the giant creature while decimating the other behind it. She then bend her knees to dash into the battle field where her kasha flew all direction killing everything.

Her sister arrive behind her after slaughtering a large amount of enemy. However, it was getting frustrating at how many kept coming.

"Shirone, lets combine our attack!"

"Alright, Nee-san!"

They both held out their palm then gathered the natural energy in the surrounding where kuroka gathered a white ball while Koneko was dark. It was gathering more and more until they clenched their fist compressing the natural energy then move their arm back while taking stances to perform a powerful punch.

"Yang!"(Kuroka)

Upon their knuckled impacted the energy suddenly created a enormous beam that could be fifty meters in radius. Everything caught in the blast were destroyed while the one that survive were killed by the poison it produced. Then both redirect their blast upward where the hovering dragon was hit.

"ROOOOARRR!!!"

It screamed in agony but was silent when Vali came flying doing an upper cut on its jaw. She held her palm open then used [Half dimension] to reduce its head into nothingness.

"Dammit! Well if that's the case!! Twin Maximize magic, black hole!!"

By presenting both of her palm and applying the half dimension with black hole she was able to destroy its head. Vali felt mentally fatigued from using [Black hole] spell. Nevertheless, the result was clear as the creature upper half was sucked in vortex.

It wasn't dead but was incapacitated for moment due to its state allowing the army to be reduced. Its lower body began to descend into the ground while Vali watch her allies.

"Twin Maximized, Hell frost!"

Sona did prayer pose then her palm were enveloped in white flames that enveloped countless monster freezing them and everything in the surrounding. She then places her hand unto the ground.

"Summon Naga Emperor!"

A stream of water rose from the ground as massive creature came out of it. The creature was like reptiles with a lizard head and humanoid upper body that wielded two trident while the lower half of snake. Its upper had bits of golden armor as the whole skin was dark blue. Sona used a summoning tier magic that would assist her in battle. She felt exhausted from creating the creature but its power immense.

"Roaarr!!"

Naga emperor gave battle cry for its master swinging his enormous trident creature that slicing everything near it. Sona felt exhausted and was left wide open but before any creature got closed a mirror blocked their path instantly breaking through but resulted in their own death along with anything near them.

"Just in time, tsubaki."

"Are you alright, Sona-kaichou?"

"Yeah just need time to take a breather. Asia healing had already restored my vitality."

"Let's assist others then."

Sona and Tsubaki had proceeded to dwindle the number of army while far away Akeno was on the sky clapped her hands to together producing a powerful lightning.

"Maximize magic, Holy Dragon Lighting!"

A roaring thunder as her lightning form into a dragon shape that devoured anything on its past then exploded into a dust cloud. Akeno shrouded herself in lightning that fused with her scale mail armor then her dark wings spread revealing ten pitch black wings that sparks with golden dark electricity.

"I should thank Issei for teaching me this powerful spell! Oh its making hot and bothered seeing them how easily they got fried."

She vanishes from the sky appearing on the ground instantly everything were electrocuted into dust. Akeno presents was able to make chain reaction as her lightning travelled through the enemy. Her face was truly delightful from the devastation.

Yuumi who was slicing through the hordes of monster used her new balance breaker of Blade blacksmith. Everything in her surrounding became land of swords while countless blade hover over her shoulder that had different effect. It slice their body into pieces like nothing due to the holy aura it possess.

"We need to move quickly!"

Closed by was Xenovia who used her True Excalibur slicing the monsters body into pieces. She moved in blinding speed instantly killing over hundred enemy unit. Her body was easily escaped getting corner by stabbing her blade on the ground that resulted in small area to create a vortex where they will get instantly cut.

"We all getting on it! Maximize magic, Divine retribution!"

Irina hover overhead above the battlefield then used a tier magic that summon a divine light from the sky that eradicated the corrupted creature. She descended while coated her Excalibur in holy light as the enemy leap to attack but then swiftly did horizontal slashes severing their body in half.

"Xenovia, Irina we should head where there are more enemy. We needed to finish this before that giant creature get up!"

Far away from her was Gasper who used her Shadow manipulation to summoned multitude of creature. She used her time stopped to immobilize her opponent and slicing them with her shadow.

"I wont let you touch Asia-san! Azure Noir!"

Using a tier magic created spatial barrier that was dark mist but everything was slice inside. Eliminating the creature pursuit on Asia who was continuously healing them. It was the sole reason why they were holding on despite their constant used of tier magic.

"Thank you for protecting me, Gasper."

"No problem! Me and the others don't want to see you get hurt."

Asia was inside a thicker multi layered barrier that protect her if somehow Gasper and Valerie who remained protect were to be occupied. She was the most important trump card they had. Thankfully, Ingvild wasn't present as it unsure if her sacred gear would affect the creature who can be considered a dragon. Even if her control can differentiate friend and foe would still uncertain.

"Shadow Puppeteer!"

Gasper proceeded to connect her shadow as many creature she then controlled them like puppet with eased letting them each other. The spell made it easier to connect them and act as hive mind. Vandalieu from her dream that kept visiting gave her parallel thought processing and long distance control.

With an additional ability that Vandalieu quite surprised that she had and that was the [Abyss] skill. A special skill that reflect anything that gaze upon her but it had hidden effect which make any of her clone is herself with no alter ego and if she dies then her clone can be the original. Both her and Valerie had it.

From the shadow below them became enormous mouth that devoured everything. Gasper was had killed ten thousand which was the lowest amount compare to the others. She turn to see Valerie coming through the hordes of monster.

"Sharp claw! Reality slash! Death bullet!"

Valerie swiftly used her sharp nails to cut claw her way through the crowd mutilating their body while shooting condense death mana that stole the vitality of anything it touch. She was accompanied by a dozen of her astral clone floating above her.

"Come forth and protect my allies"

Summoning her undead army that went behind her to help support and protect Asia. Valerie then held both of her hands as magic circle that had moon for sigil.

"Maximize magic, True Death Cannon!"

What came was an massive dark blast that created a vortex that killed and withered every life it had touch. No one would be able to regenerate from it unless they are thousand times stronger than the caster.

"In the name of my father Vandalieu Zakkart Solder Ark Hillwillow that I Valerie Zakkart offer this battle to him."

Valerie did a prayer while Far away from their battle a white haired child sneeze while playing with his hundred meter dragon son and True eclipse Colossi daughter.

'Is Valerie talking about me?'

Back to Valerie finish her prayer resumed her battle using her astral clone to perform whip attack with their limbs. Typically astral projection wont be able to touch anything but her Sephiroth Graal provide for it.

"We are progressing! Vali keep the dragon down! Gasper used your shadow to bind and if your Balor works on the dragon then used i-"

A loud explosion form came out of no where before she could finish her words as everyone in the world felt the power of something beyond their understanding. Though none was able to pinpoint the exact location. Even outside of the reality where the draconic deus was something felt overjoyed feeling a fracture of its power.
