Red raised his hand for a fist bump. "See ya around, son! Make me proud!"
'Watch your back, Issei... Ophis may be weaker than me, but she's still way stronger than you. If that bitch tries anything, I'll come and give her a good beating... so just stay away from her for now. Meanwhile, I'll be creating an obstacle course. Try to visit me when you get the chance, and for God's sake, GET A PERFECT SCORE IN PHYSICS!' Red waved as he turned around and left the school.
'Oh, before you go, I wanted to ask you something! How should I go about perfecting Nightmare Mode in conjunction with my Balance Breaker?' Issei inquired.
Red smirked. 'Use your imagination.'
'Oh, haha, very funny,' Issei retorted.
'We'll work on that later. I'll let you know when the obstacle course is ready. It'll be great training for both of us,' Red laughed before exiting the school building.
To Issei's disappointment, Red disappeared shortly afterward. There was nobody in the world he enjoyed spending time with more than Red. Every time they said goodbye, it left him feeling a bit down.
After Red was gone, Issei let out a sigh. His momentary sadness was interrupted when he noticed Riser entering the building with his entire peerage.
'Ah, shit... just when I thought things were going to get boring. Where did Xenovia and Irina go? They've been unusually quiet ever since Gremory's brother called out Vali. Speaking of which, where is Ingvild? I should try to find her too. I'm guessing she was too shy to show up amidst all these people crowding me and Red. It's a shame he just left. But is Ophis really coming to Kuoh?' Issei pondered, feeling concerned.
Issei was snapped out of his thoughts when he heard Vali's voice from behind. "Do you have a few minutes to talk now, Issei?"
He slowly turned around, facing Vali. "Sure, I suppose. Is this something serious?"
"Very serious... Ophis is interested in meeting you," Vali replied.

Issei's gaze remained blank as he stared at Vali, taking a moment to process his words before responding in a calm tone, "I don't have any interest in meeting her."
Vali's voice carried a sense of urgency as he explained the situation, trying to convince Issei to reconsider, "She's coming here right now... You don't really have a choice unless you intend on renouncing her in front of the whole school. She won't hesitate to ask you to join her in the presence of the Maou and the seraph. Just talk to her... She won't try anything. You have my word as a friend. I told Ophis that I would persuade you to meet her on the school rooftop tonight if she avoided revealing herself here."
Issei rolled his eyes, a hint of skepticism in his expression, "Sounds like this was all conveniently planned."
Vali quickly clarified, "Honestly, it wasn't. It was a spontaneous decision that she shared with Tiamat and me this morning. Ophis has been mildly curious about you and had contemplated recruiting you, but it wasn't a priority until your recent attack on the Underworld. I know it may seem like we're pressuring you into this, but I'm the only reason she waited this long. Just give her a chance, okay?"
Tiamat joined the conversation, her voice filled with concern, "Vali, she'll be here soon. We should hurry. If she arrives before us, she might come down here."
Issei let out a sigh of exasperation, "Is there a reason you waited until the last minute to tell me all of this?"
Tiamat explained, "I wanted to tell you earlier, but there were too many people vying for your attention, and it's not something I would discuss over text messages."
"We can discuss this later, alright?" Tiamat interjected, trying to defuse the tension.
Vali took a firm grip on Issei's arm, urging him to move, "Come on, Issei, let's hurry."
Together, the three dragons skillfully evaded attention as they stealthily made their way to the stairs, their presence going unnoticed by others. As they ascended to the rooftop, Issei briefly wondered if anyone had noticed their departure, but he quickly dismissed the thought, focusing on the task at hand. Finally, they reached their destination.
"She's already here..." Tiamat whispered, pointing towards a figure standing with her back turned, gazing into the night sky.
Vali calmly addressed the figure, "Sorry if we kept you waiting, Ophis."
The figure turned around, revealing Ophis, and her expression remained blank and emotionless as she replied in a stoic tone, "It is of no concern. I arrived just a few seconds ago."
Issei observed Ophis more closely, taking in her appearance. She appeared as a young girl with black hair, dressed in an unconventional Lolita outfit. Her eyes, a peculiar silverish-grey and black, seemed devoid of life, adding an eerie quality to her presence.
'This... is Ophis?! The fearsome adversary and self-proclaimed rival of my brother Red?! She's just a little girl?! What the hell?! AHAHAHA!' Issei's mind erupted with laughter, his mouth twitching as he fought to suppress the amusement bubbling within him.
'I've only ever seen her in her dragon form. I never expected... this,' Ddraig chimed in with surprise.
"AHAHAHAHA!" Issei's laughter burst forth uncontrollably, no longer able to contain it.
Vali and Tiamat exchanged bewildered and uncomfortable glances, grappling to comprehend what was so amusing.
"Um... what's so funny, Issei?" Vali inquired, his curiosity piqued.
"Ophis is a little girl?! Haha! So this is the mighty and formidable Infinite Ouroboros Dragon of the Void?! You two must be pulling my leg! This can't be real, hahahaha! Well played, Vali! I knew you had a mischievous side!" Issei continued to chuckle as he approached the renowned dragon.
Ophis appeared unfazed by his mirth, tilting her head slightly. "You doubt that I am Ophis?"
"There's absolutely no way you're Ophis! You look nothing like what I imagined," Issei shook his head, his laughter subsiding.
"I am Ophis," the girl reiterated in her emotionless tone.
