Chapter 23: New Pantheon And Origin Pieces.

As they were in contemplation, Pyran and Trini heard the Planes voice in their head.

[If you are going out to let yourselves known, I suggest you introduce your selves as new pantheon. Trini was created as a goddess herself and Pyran, you were Transformed into a God yourself. You both are equal or higher to any Chief gods or Satan out there. Infact, you both are more powerful than anyone out there even if you had just Ultimate class power. So, you just have to form a New Pantheon. This will help you in future when you start to defend or invade from the other Universes. You don't have to depend on other pantheons, rather they will come to you for protection.]

Once they heard that both Pyran and Trini started to think in that direction. This will be like return of the Pantheon from ancient times after defending the Universe from a long war and helping the indigenous races in repopulating their race. They will also be able tell others that the last generation of the Chaos originals died after last decade after saving and training them. 

Trini will also have a valid reason to appear as she will be the last goddess of the Pantheon. This will be the backstory. They did not want the devils or any other races to come for ownership for their race. It is not they are incapable of taking care of them. They just think this is an annoyance and it will also give them time to secure the race till they were able to protect and defend the weak population from others. 

So, Trini immediately shared this idea after getting a nod from Pyran, "Mother just told us that we should introduce ourselves as a Pantheon. After thinking about the Pros and Cons. The pros outweigh the cons."

Pyran then pitched in and said, "We can even introduce ourselves as a returning pantheon from ancient times before Mesopotamian pantheon. This will give us the valid reason for Trini to take action against the Mesopotamian Pantheon. And as far I have heard I'm not very fond of them except for one."

The stories he heard from Plane regarding all the pantheons made him hate Mesopotamian and Greek Pantheon the most. He still has few dislikes like the Biblical God, Nordic gods and few more. But those two are the top of them all. Trini already wanted to go to the Mesopotamian pantheon to raise them to the ground but was stopped by Pyran and the Plane. So, this can be a good way for showing themselves to the world.

This will also help them in taking in Tiamat, the Chaos Karma Dragon. She was the Last daughter of the Primordial goddess Tiamat. She was not created from like the other dragons and Monsters. She was created from the essence of the Last remaining Origin energy. But was mixed with the draconic power. She was made with the love and care of the Primordial goddess Tiamat before Dying. She wanted her to live well but was struck with the last thought of Primordial goddess Tiamat of retrieving her uterus and destroying it. That lead the young dragon to take it as a retrieving all treasures. This made her hoard all the treasure that she finds. 

Gilbur thought for a moment and replied, "Yes, that seems to be the best idea so far. No one can impede our growth and we can roam the world as we want and no need for minding others. This will also help us in increase our Pantheons numbers. We just have to save the powerless and make them powerful."

Shina gave her thought, "We can start by saving the nearby tribes that are in dire needs and since America is low on supernatural races, we can have this as our home ground. This will help us spread our name and also make the other pantheons take notice. As they are in agreement of not interfering in the human world to spread their faith, they will come to us instead of we going to them. This will cement our position as the ancient pantheon."

They discussed all the details and started to make plans on sending out teams to help out. They decided take action in open instead of using their usual their usual covert operations. This will help them spread their name and, in few years, the other pantheons will come to know of the and will decide to make contact with them either in subtle or hostile manner. Then they will return the greeting as per the manner of contact, either by polite greeting or full-blown attack. 

Nina then said that she will handle the teams assigning and saving the people in need. After the further teachings of Shina and confidence given by Gilbur, Pyran and Trini, Nina was able to identify her own talent as a good commander. She is the same as her mother, who had a good sense of commanding and directing others to take care of work efficiently. Nina is still not at the level of her mother, but she is enough for this operation. 

They started to divide the work among themselves and started to work. In the coming months they saved more that 300 thousand humans who were transformed into Chaos originals. There were also few thousands of African-Americans, who were treated as slaves by the white Americans. This was the period of the end of war to abolish slavery of black people. 

Slowly, their influence reach all over American continent. Nina was good at directing the actions of the teams so that their name will spread far and wide. And by the end of 3 years, all the pantheons were made known of new pantheon that was interfering with the human conflicts. They did not publicize the supernatural community to the humans, but they were doing in a manner that only the pantheons will know about them rather than humans.

This made all the pantheons alert and keep an eye out so that the supernatural community will not be known in the human world. In another year the other pantheons received the news about the new pantheon, or well, an ancient pantheon. 

They got their hands on the history and legend of the ancient Pantheon. But they were only able to deduce that they were present before the life was present on the earth and they were sent to battle the extra-terrestrial invaders. They just got back to see the world was populated and started to save the beings in need and they are not aware of any other pantheon before saving few unfortunate beings who were in the verge of being eliminated. 

They made sure to save only innocent and helpless people. They did not take in anyone powerful races or beings. They just treat their wounds if they were good and will eliminate them if they were found guilty. This made their pantheon known far and wide. They were starting to gather faith from the people from America. This made the other Pantheons restless and wanted to make contact. During that time, a Poem started circulating regarding the race,

"The Return of the Origins, from the battle Afar,

Victory in-hand and sorrowful heart, for kins who Were.

No Welcome, no Thank you nor Sorry,

To quench the hearts of the worrier with Worry.

But write in your heart, they are but tried not Weak,

For if thy take arms, if innocent hurt, blood they Seek.

All they yearn for peace at Home,

For they await the battle to Come.

Origins came to rest, their weary Soul,

For they will go back, protecting others from the Foul.

The foul who awaits the slaughter to Begin,

Foretold by Cosmos, 'Rise to protect' to the Origins!"

The poem spread far and wide. This made all who believed in their pantheon more devoted. And this was not in their plan at all. This was done by a Vampire they saved and treated. He heard the stories from the team members who saved him and wrote this poem. He was the searched for and was recruited in as he was being hunted by vampires and other pantheons. 

Some pantheons had doubts about the origin of the story and some out right rejected it. They were just waiting for their pantheon to get in touch with them. All were waiting for the move to be made by the Origins, but the Origins were just going about their business as the usually do. They have all the time in the world with them. They were sure to make the other pantheons come to them and Shina and Nina made sure of it.

While all of this was happening, Pyran was in the middle of researching his long-shelfed Origin Pieces. He can make do without them now. But his inner Otaku urged him to form his own team using pieces. If he is in DXD, he has to make the sure that he has his own group with pieces. Since they will his family and second in command, he was putting more thoughts into pieces.

He wanted them to empower them at the same time provide safety for them. It is not like a secret command inside the evil pieces that will slowly make the peerage members into a slave. He found out during his research that the evil pieces will start to corrode the will of the person if they were made to let their guard down slowly as long as the King satisfy all the promises made. After a certain time, the pieces will make the peerage members think whatever the King make them do is right.

He removed all the unnecessary things. He made sure to Give the [Striker] Pieces attack power and agility. Based on the person it will be used, it will make the person increase their speed or power or both. He gave the [Support] Power enhancement and Dexterity. And the [Defenders] Endurance and Stamina. This will support the person in the position to a maximum extent. His [Keeper] piece has all the enhancements and also the authority to provide other enhancements to the different pieces than the one programmed in. He decided to let go of the idea for blank pieces as it will only get corrupted after multiple use if they keep switching to different positions.

Pyran mitigated all the loopholes that will be determent to the person reincarnated. He was still keeping everything under wraps till he is completely sure that no issues will arise. Finally, he wanted to give the pieces a small boost like if the selected person is good with spear, he wanted the person to have the knowledge about spear wielding or if they are good with magic, they should receive the mage knowledge. Not to the extreme but enough to give them a boost in the said field.

He also made sure to include increase of natural comprehension for the things that they try to learn. Lastly, he added a punishment system. It will give punishment to the person if they go against the basic morals that the [Keeper] set. It will send an energy pulse through the nervous system and will teleport the person to the [Keeper]'s domain. There he will be judged by the [Keeper] regarding the severity of the crime. The punishment system will work as an AI program where it will judge the rule breaking with [Keeper]'s personality.

Pyran also made sure to include a safety code within the pieces so that the person he was granting Origin pieces will not misuse them. The person using the Origin pieces will have to form an equal contract except for the Moral code contract. The Moral code contract is like a built-in system but they can be altered except for few moral codes set by him. And the moral code that was altered should not be on any form of servitude or slavery clause.

When he finally completed, it was a night before his 75th birth day. He remembered that he was thrown out of the Gremory household for 67 years. Now he completed all the plans that he made, to become powerful not to be dependent on others. He got stronger, stronger than the 4 Satans. He found his own family. He built a community that will not depend on devil pantheon. He now has someone that will love him for who he was. Finally, he created a different form of evil pieces. All he set out to do was completed. Rest of the plans were for future that he was yearning for. Now all he has to do is enjoy his life and grow stronger. 

There was a notification sound from the Origin Pillar denoting that the evil pieces are completed. Origin Pillar is the alternate of the King stone. He created an Artificial core with the help of surrounding Origin energy. Then he removed any of his influence with the help of Plane. Then he programed the Core so that it will work by drawing the natural Origin energy. Once it got to the critical point, he included all the necessary programs that will work as a direction for creating Origin pieces. The restarted the energy absorption. When it exceeded the critical mass, it become a monolith that will spit out Origin pieces for the selected user.

The Origin pieces will not have a thing like Mutated pieces. It will have a set of 11 pieces where the 11th piece, [Keeper], will merge with the one who used the Monolith. The pieces comes out as an artificial core that gets linked with the main core of the said person. When reincarnating, it will give the knowledge of how to form their own core to person who gets reincarnated. This will not be provided for the users who already has the core within them. 

Once the Pieces came out the [Keeper] Pieces immediately merged with him. Due to his overwhelming power, there is no noticeable power up. But he got the contract and commands in his mind. After checking for no issues, He called in Trini to get her own pieces. Trini initially protested saying that she like to be on his team. But after convincing her, he was able to make her accept a set for herself.

Once the [Keeper] merged, the other pieces shrunk and appeared like badges like the 'Gym badges' in {Pokemon}. He gave this modification to satisfy his inner otaku. Once the pieces shrunk, he took a small badge box like the one in {Pokemon}, he gave one to Trini and used once for himself to store the pieces.

He designed the Pieces in such way that it will look like Scout logo on {Attack on Titans} with two swords crossed in front for [Striker], Bow and arrow in front for [Supporter] and Castle walls with a Shield in front for [Defenders]. And based on the person requesting for Pieces, the number of each pieces varies. Pyran got 4[Striker]: 3[Supporter]: 3[Defenders] and Trini got them in the Ratio 3:4:3. 

After finishing his and Trini's Origin Pieces, Pyran called Gilbur, Shina and Nina to give them the Pieces. But to his surprise Shina said,

"We know you would do something like this so, we already decided that we will become part of your team. We don't want our own. You made all of our dream possible. Most of the work was done by you, Gilbur only Trained you. So, we wanted to be in your Team rather than forming one for ourselves."

There was no rebuttal left for him to use. The look on Shina said 'I dare you to say anything to contradict me'. When he turned to get help from Nina or Gilbur. The former had the same look as her mother and the latter just turned his head like saying, 'It is your problem, I go where my wife goes.' With not other choice he gave Shina and Nina each a [Defender] Piece. He made Gilbur a [Striker]. He just got his pieces and he already used 4 of them. He only had to fill 7 more positions.

He Turned to Trini to see if she was upset but she was thinking about something. But he made sure that he will help Trini find her own Pieces first before completing his. He already has few people in mind for his own Team. He will help Trini first and jump to his own.
