Zenith Tempest

Welcome to another rant of the Longinus genre. This time, the topic is the second strongest Longinus, Zenith Tempest. Let's dive in right away:

1-Base Form:

> "By the way Sensei. If Cao Cao has the strongest Longinus, then someone has the second strongest Longinus right?"

> "Yeah. [Zenith Tempest]. That is the second strongest Longinus. The Top-tier Longinus are the four known as the [True Longinus], [Zenith Tempest], [Annihilation Maker], and [Dimension Lost]. Zenith Tempest, also known Prison of Bright Heavenly Thunder, is a High-Tier Longinus that allows the weilder to summon all kinds of weather conditions: Rain storms, thunder storms, rain hail, snow storms, tsunamis, desert storms, hurricanes, etc...

Besides that, it also can do this:

> An artificial thunder cloud which was made inside this field located in the basement. It's something made by Dulio using his Sacred Gear's ability.

> His Sacred Gear can control weather to take control of fire, wind, water, and earth that exists in nature. So he can even create artificial clouds in places where there is no sky, just like that. --Volume 17 life 1, Part 2.

An interesting feature to note however, is that the Sacred gear guarantees a sub-ability of elemental control, deriving from the fact that all weather is just elemental manipulation with extra steps.

So basically, all weilders of Zenith Tempest can be an enchanted version of the Avatar.

Another thing to note is that normally speaking, Zenith Tempest's weilders normally struggle with control over the scale and control over their abilities, as summoning a controlled thunderstorms in a room is quite hard. This is where Dulio shines as a weilder of the Longinus:

> He sure has an aloof personality and words. -But he's definitely strong. This Dulio who is the trump card of the heaven has a bad mouth but his power is overwhelming. It's insane that he froze the Grim Reapers within the shrine. [Zenith Tempest]. The Top-tier Longinus that can control weather, and control any sort of attribute. As we can see, Dulio is very very good at manipulating weather on all kind of scales, from inside of a room to that of a country.

2-Balance Breaker:

> Dulio Gesualdo! Dulio spread open his ten feathered wings, and instantly raised his holy energy!

> "Everyone, you're doing well. So as the captain, I also need to make a good show for you to see!"

> His aura rose, and swelled; the holy light emitted from Dulio covered the entire sky!

> "-Balance Break!"

> With that shout, his aura violently inflated, and the sky was illuminated at the same time! Dulio's wings - which now numbered twelve similar to those of a Seraph, were shining with a golden light. He also had four halos above his head. With open arms, Dulio moved forwards! All of the Evil Dragons and fake Sekiryuutei in front of him were trapped within hundreds of bubbles. The bubbles then changed! Intensely swirling flames actually appeared within them, along with violent hurricanes, freezing cold air which froze everything, and lightning like God's wrath; a vast variety of natural phenomena occurred within the bubbles! Dulio continued to make more and more bubbles, until an entire section of the sky was filled with Dulio's bubbles. The Evil Dragons and fake Sekiryuutei were all trapped inside, and faced an unparalleled attack. Initially, there were thousands of Evil Dragons and fake Sekiryuutei which suffered from Dulio's attacks whilst trapped inside the bubbles! But the area of effect was still expanding! That was because the bubbles were being produced endlessly! --Volume 21, Life 2, Part 3.

The sub-species balance breaker of Dulio allows him to ascend from 10 wings to 12, and manifests in forms of bubbles that can encase enemies in them. These bubbles contain all kind of phenomena that were stated earlier.

As for its name, well:

> Dulio stretched his neck, and boldly declared

> "This is the Balance Breaker of [Prison of Bright Heavenly Thunder (Zenith Tempest)], [Inevitable Punishment of the Holy Angel's Rainbow, Shining Star of the End (Flagello di Colori del Arcobaleno, Speranza di Briscola)]. These bubbles are the complete opposite of the bubbles which stop fighting. They're bubbles which will give a variety of divine punishment! I'm really sorry if the name is too long! I don't know how it became some plus αlpha subspecies the more I used it!"--Volume 21, Life 2, Part 3.

Yeah, the name is too long, so I'll just ignore it. Now, to be honest, we don't know ow anything about the original Balance Breaker.

What we do know however, is that this Sub-Species Balance Breaker allowed Dulio to Fight Crom Cruch, the evil dragon who surpassed Heavenly Class, in heaven alone, with both having sustained no damage so to speak off.

Now, let's talk about the range of this thing:

> But, it truly had an incredible effect! Dulio's top-tier Longinus, he could change a country's weather and climate as long as he wanted to...the Evil Dragons and fake Sekiryuutei were butchered so easily, so it seems he really was telling the truth! That Balance Breaker, after adjusting its power, it had completely wiped clean all of the enemies in the vicinity, but, if it wasn't controlled, it could definitely produce enough bubbles to cover all of Japan, or perhaps even.... It was also a subspecies Balance Breaker which he acquired afterwards, it really suited Dulio! Ah, our leader is really capable!--Volume 21, Life 2, Part 3.

Now to be fair, the bubbles are pretty strong, but not unbreakable, case in point:

> Dulio also used his Balance Breaker to produce a bubble which was large enough to contain Trihexa.... But halfway through, it could be heard breaking.

> "...This is the first time that it's been broken. Trihexa is strong to the extent that even my Balance Breaker can't defeat it." --Volume 21, Life 2, Part 3.

Trihexia was able to break the bubble, but he is the first one to do so. And remember, he said that he used his Balance Breaker on Crom Cruch, this basically implies that Crom either never got caught in it or that Crom couldnt break the bubble but it couldn't harm his either. So that's that.

Besides this, we have a bunch of statements and feats that I would like to include:

> Like that Top-tier Longinus is something that can even destroy a world. No wonder it became a Top-tier. --Volume 11, Afterword.

> Just like a Top-Tier Longinus, it has the ability to destroy the World.--Volume 12, Afterword.

As we can see, the 4 top tier Longinus all has the potential to destroy the world. Those being: True Longinus, Zenith Tempest, Annihilation Maker, Dimension Lost.
