He will protect those he cares about from Monsters, God's and many more. Watch his journey as he becomes one of the strongest beings in existence. This is the story of Zadkiel, The King of Salt! ################## I decided to write this after watching Seraph of the End. I liked the power of the Second Trumpet and have now decided to do this. Chapter 2

It has already been two months since Zadkiel had been reborn as an Angel. In that time he has familiarised himself with his duties and the layout of heaven. He would usually order the Dominion's under him and then look to the duties of the other angel's. He has also been training to increase his fighting capabilities. He was now able to expertly use his light energy to create weapons for himself which were much more diverse than the other angles.

His usual training partner was Kokabiel who seemed to like fighting and sometimes Raguel, Azazel and rarely Helel. Angels usually use their light powers to create either a spear or a sword. He also used those weapons when he was training with the other angels. But when he was doing it alone he would create other things like a pole, axe, chains, short swords, shield, hammer, etc.

Of course not many angels knew about his training and even if they did they didn't know why he did it. Many of the angels didn't train because their bodies were already in good condition for use in battle and they already have the knowledge needed to use those skills. The only ones who actually train were the ones he trains with.

He also has another trick up his sleeve which is simply... Salt. That's right, his other ability is using salt. As he looked like a certain seraph he decided to try it and he also found the character severely cool. I mean, the elements are great, but who actually uses salt, freaking salt to fight! He thought about how cool it would be if he were to fight his enemies using salt which will surely surprise them.

But what really took the cake was that he was actually able to infuse the salt he created with his holy power. Of course, it wasn't easy since the first time he tried it the light power exploded. Thankfully he was mindful to create a barrier so no other angel found out about it, he wasn't sure about God not knowing though.

He first thought of the idea when he was told about the holy fire from Uriel. Apparently it was created by infusing light power with normal fire. Baraqiel also created something similar with lightning and his light power. It took him a week to learn to use salt and one and a half months to make and use light infused salt. But it was worth it since it was working.

Right now he was on his way to the throne room as he and the other archangel's have been called by God. He met up with Gabriel on the way and they both went to God together. Zadkiel and Gabriel have gotten close over the time they have been here. She would help him whenever he needed and he would also help in return.

Gabriel also liked the fact that he treated her like he treats everyone else. As one of the first angels and one of the Five Great Seraph's, she holds a high position in heaven and all the angels look up to her and treat her with reverence. Even her fellow archangel's also treat her with an amount of respect. Zadkiel was the only one who didn't do that and treated her like he treats everyone else.

They made it to the throne room in a few minutes and they met up with the other archangel's. The rest also entered shortly after. As for why they were flying instead of just teleporting to the throne room god told them that they needed to get familiar with movement in the air and using their wings so he ordered them to only teleport if it's an emergency. Helel was displeased with the decision but followed along with the other archangel's.

"Welcome my children. I have called you here to tell about matters of great importance." God said to them.

"What is it father?" Michael asked him.

"The Primordial of the Sky, and King of the Children of Chaos, Uranus has had children a month ago with his wife Gaia." God said to them.

The archangels started to mutter amongst themselves while Zadkiel kept quiet and had apt attention at the conversation.

"But what does this have to do with us Father?" Helel asked God boredly.

"It matters because from what I've managed to gather his children are of three different races. The Cyclops, Hekatonkheires and finally the Titans. Not too long ago he imprisoned the Cyclops and Hekatonkheires in Tartarus." God said to them.

The angels widened their eyes when they heard that with Gabriel, Asbeel and Penemue placing their palms over their mouth in shock at what they heard. Zadkiel meanwhile knew about it so he was calm but he acted like he was surprised to blend in.

"Yes, cruel. But that is not all, I've come to learn that Enki's children Abzu and Tiamat have given birth to primordial god's as well. They are quite powerful as well. And the other primordials have also given birth to children. You know what this means right my children?" God asked them.

"The newly born god's might attack us." Raziel said immediately.

"Yes, as they are god's they are quite powerful. That is why I want you, my children to be ready to fight them should they become enemies of heaven." God said to them.

"As you wish father." The archangels said in unison.

"Very good. You can go back to doing your duties in the other levels. Except for Zadkiel, I would like to talk to him alone." God said to them.

The other archangel's were surprised when they heard that while Zadkiel himself widened his eyes in surprise. But the other angels bowed to him and then left the throne room. But Helel looked at Zadkiel and narrowed his eyes a bit before he left.

"What do you wish to discuss with me father?" Zadkiel asked him.

"I have been looking at you for sometime now and have seen how much you've been training since your birth. And you are using Salt as your main weapon like Uriel with fire and Baraqiel with lighting." God said to them.

'Well, I guess he would know.' Zadkiel thought to himself.

"I've no problem with that since it is your choice what kind of power you want to use. But I've also seen that you don't spar with other using your newly obtained abilities. Why?" God asked him.

"I just don't want the others to know about this for the time being. We aren't in any real danger so I didn't find the need to use it." Zadkiel said to him.

"Hmm. Very well but you do need to fight someone so that you will be proficient in using you powers against opponents. That is why I've decided that you need training practice." God said to him.

"But if that's the case, then who will I fight? Will it be either Uriel or Baraqiel?" Zadkiel asked him.

"Neither you will be fighting against me." God said with a smile.

Zadkiel widened his eyes when he heard that and thought that he would've heard it wrong.

"Do not worry, you heard me correctly. You don't want the other angels to know about your new technique so I thought why not fight you myself. I can give you advice as well." God said to him.

Zadkiel couldn't actually believe what he was hearing. He couldn't believe that God himself would train him. He didn't know what to say for a few minutes before he looked at God.

"If father isn't bothered by it. Then it will be my honour." Zadkiel said to him.

"Very good. Alright then, shall we start." God said as he was covered in holy power as his eyes glowed.
