Chapter 1: Prologue

Hello my name is Raz and this how I died and became a slime.

I am with my best friend Ryan as we are on our way to Comicon. Ryan and me are about to enter into comicon for the first time so we dont know what to expect. As we walk through the game section we see a giant mech looking like Bumblebee,we started running, we were so excited that Ryan didn't notice that he was about to step on an a live wire that had a caution sign on it.

As I turn to look at Ryan's direction I see what's happening and push him away from the wire while using to much force I fell and hit the fence that protected it but the fence stretched a little too much and fried me.

As I dont have much left because of what happened with my family as I turned 30. And that my girlfriend betrayed me for some decently rich guy, I felt glad that Ryan could live and be free without me as a burden to him. As you probably can tell I'm more of one of those cliche MC's because my parents already abandoned me and me being betrayed I was in a state that no should go through. That's when my buddy Ryan decided to bring me to Comicon to cheer me up. He has been helping me for some months as I, a adult, fell apart broken.

As I am hoping Ryan to have a good life, I see my ex in the crowd running towards Ryan. I then looked towards Ryan and see he is smirking at me. As the last thing I saw before it went all black.

I've been reincarnated I think because I am able to somewhat see and move around. I know I dont have limbs like a human and I dont think this life gonna be a good one. I've think I'm stuck in some kinda cave that has a dim glowing moss that let's me see a little. As I explore I notice that my body somehow is absorbing things inside of it and I'm able to decide if I want to store it or consume it instinctively. I have found some pebbles and rocks that I've been consuming and I feel a little bit stronger.

--2 years--

I dont know how long I've been in this cave but I have been consuming everything that is not nes to me. I have a bunch of herbs as I like to call them in my storage, so I dont need anymore. I also have come across some dead animals of this world which I consumed immediately which gave me a little more strength. As I've been putting my mind off of something's like the betrayal of my ex and bestfriend so I dont get much more mentally unstable. I believe my mental state is running thin. As I explore I have noticed there was stairs down to a room which I've haven't seen before. So I go down the stair as it's my only hope to get out of here.

When I reach the the room at the bottom, I see an orb floating on a pedestal. As I'm very curious I go and absorb it. I follow my instincts to not store it but to consume it. That's when a power broke out into my surroundings, as I feel its aura, it feels divine in a way. So using all my power from abosrbing thing I clash with the aura and a thing like a black hole opened up and I was sucked through. That was my last memory before it all went black.

As I wake up I see a screen in front of me.

I look in front of me with amazement at what I see. I begin to question life as I know it because I'm not in a cave anymore rather an open planes and I can see that only a person in a game would see. As I look at the titles, they sure are amazing. As I refocus myself I try to see my skill descriptions. I only had to focus on them then a description popped up.

It is unbelievable that I got these skills. I'm probably the luckiest guy or slime around. I remember dungeons usually get power from people raiding them. But as I have read alot of web novels there is one other way and that is to make a town in the dungeon. I know of alot of good races I might be able to spawn but if I can learn the create gollum magic or skill I'll be able to automate the dungeon. As I realise I'm thinking to far ahead, I have to find out where I am.

I decide to walk in a direction and find a road. A road means civilization and that means I'll be able to get in contact with people. As I though of going faster a window popped up with a new magic.

I am so happy right now. I have devoured so many being in the cave. I transform into what is called a shadow wolf and start running along the road to find a sentiant race if this world to devour.
