down to two person, Elspear and Pecker is desperate. in their mind there is only berserker rage with only one purpose. kill the dungeon boss no matter what!

in rage and desperation, Elpspear pour all his effort and energy to produce as much spear as he can and even more. instantly hundreds of spears, all even more sharper and dangerous than any spear ever produced before, is seen flying into Argholas. Argholas intended to simply jump up to avoid all that spears but unable to do so as Pecker charging at him with breakneck speed never seen before.

Pecker also feel desperate in his heart. more so since he felt that he is the most useless of the four, only able to charge wildly without any versality. to solve this, Pecker resolute his heart and mind and focus on one thing. charge until he can no longer run. be a sword that fly straight to his enemy wherever he is no matter what. that is when Pecker shape his beak into a sharp sword like beak never seen before. not only that, Pecker also pour his energy into his body to enhance his speed more and more. he become so fast and his beak so sharp he now capable to cut through wind barrier.

Argholas is back into a pinch. a rain of spear is coming to him, along with the spearman who wield the sharpest spear. but he cannot dodge it as a sword like being run around him and prevent him to move any further. every attempt to dodge or fly will result with said sword to homing at Argholas with speed he never seen before.

trapped in a pinch, Argholas become desperate that he can only roar in anger and frustation.

ROAAAAARRR!!

unintentionally, his aura leak out and blasted out. it is not strong enough to reduce the power of the coming attack, but it manage to shake the two human and falter their moves. Argholas see this chance jump away from his location in that very instant.

the rain of spears fall harmlessly on Argholas previous spot, while both Elspear and Pecker can only stare angrily at Argholas who landed gracefully not too far away from the two human.

"nice fight human, you can push me this far." said Argholas with a wicked smile on his face.

both Elspear and Pecker didn't say any word. they just glance at each other and resolute themself.

AAAAAAAAAAA!!

with desperate shout, they unleash all their remaining power. no more tricks, no more special moves. it is time to brawl until one of them die.

Argholas accepted their challenge and charge at them head on. his claw ready at his side, waiting to cut his enemy to pieces.

thrust and slash, charge and stab, slice , punch and whip, all kind of attack is unleashed unto each other. Elspear stabbing repeatedly, carefully aiming for the joint between limbs to disable Argholas. Pecker charge always find a good time in between movement transition, aiming for the moment when Argholas unable to change his attack or defense. but Argholas also keeping up. he watch his enemy move, learn how they use their technique to further increase their advantage.

after some good while, Argholas begin to apply what he learn. he time his attack precisely when Elspear have to pull his spear to do another stabbing attack. Argholas also time his attack right after Pecker stop his charge to change direction.

finally, what started as fighting between experience versus power turn into a fight between expert and beginner. the two human is still a lot more experienced in battle, but Argholas also learn from how they fight and keep improving in every second.

when fighting with only technique to compare, it is always the more skilled one that will win.

but when the less skilled one is a lot more powerful, skill alone will not help that much.

and the result will become more extreme when other variable is added into calculation. magic power, magic skills, body shape, and many more. the one who is more skilled in most variable will become the victor.

Argholas know this but somehow hold himself. he feel challenged by the humans and decide to defeat them on their game. but even when he use his brain power to learn as much as possible from his enemy, he still lacked one thing.

experience.

the two human have gone through training and live death situation while Argholas just born not more than two years ago. Argholas sure is strong, but his lack of experience become a wall that he cannot break.

finally Argholas giving up on playing the even field. even with his newly learned technique, his body still piling up wounds. it is just a small wound, but the more time they fight the more small wound appear on Argholas body. and the human also not stupid. they also learn about Argholas and how he moves. they respond to his quick learning. and they manage to keep the upper hand, no matter how small it is.

"i am sorry to underestime you people. you are strong and i admit it." said Argholas calmly.

he no longer feel the challenge. he know that, in the fight when technique and experience matter more than power, he already lost.

"as an honor for your ability, i will end this fight as fast as i can."

"thank you for teaching me, humans."

Elspear and Pecker didn't understand. this boss dungeon who they fight with their life on the line suddenly become solemn and thanking them? as if they are there to teach him something?

Elspear and Pecker ignore Argholas word and resume their attack. but this time they have no chance.

Argholas fly at them with a speed beyond their comprehension. in a blink of an eye, Argholas suddenly already grab on Elspear face, smash him on the ground and bury him into the ground using magic. then a spear made of pure magic appear above the hole where Elspear is buried. it fly down and instant later the hole exploded.

Pecker can only fall to his knee in shock. they both fighting with all they have, but turn out the dungeon boss only toy with them all along.

Argholas is sad when he look at Pecker. he wished to spare his life but he know he cannot do that.

with a flash, Argholas appear behind Pecker and with a single slap he remove Pecker head from his body. instanly killing him in one strike.
