Dungeon Dreams.

As the light returned to his eyes again, he could see everything around him, realizing that he was now in an unknown place, not knowing who he was or why he was there. What would happen from now on for our skeletal friend? This is my first novel, I will update it as much as possible. The chapters will not be very long as they become tedious and tend to bore the reader.

Chapter 5: Ether Hand.

Rakhaly remained immobile with a strange smile on his skeletal face. Something in that rusty and broken metal helmet brought back memories to his head. Old memories forgotten in time, but there was also the feeling of having been forced to forget those things.

The helmet itself was still useful as a defensive object, obviously its current state was very poor so the defenses it provided were poor as well.

A strange essence of Ether in the air attracted Rakhaly's eyes to the monster chest that was already dead with his mouth open, something inside it was resonating, something that sought to leave the prison of flesh that the monster represented.

When looking inside the monster, there could be seen a small metallic ball of light. This strange object was carved with writings of strange and unknown origin, but these did not prevent Rakhaly to investigate, touch and inspect thoroughly.

"Mom...please...help me...the darkness here is scary."

A strange childish voice could be heard from inside the ball of light, scared, confused, unaware of her situation and invoking the word 'Mother', a word that was unknown to Rakhaly, bu he felt a certain familiarity in hearing it.

{?????????}

another little message appeared in rakhaly's eyes, but this one was not words, but signs, unknown signs. Rakhaly did not give it much importance and decided to investigate further the ball of light. The voice could no longer be heard, but could be felt inside the object, seeking to free itself from its prison.

"...."

Suddenly from Rakhaly's skeletal hand, his essence of Ether seemed to be combining with that of the metal ball, uniting and becoming one. Silence again became present, but a message appeared in front of his flaming eyes.

{Invoke Daughter Of Ether Obtained}

{Ether's Daughter Description}

"...."

The numbers presented were almost identical, but differently placed unlike Rakhaly who was more balanced, the spirit presented to be much faster, smarter and powerful with Ether's spells.

"Dar...thia..."

Rakhaly's skeletal jaw said in a low voice, repeating that name he had read in the message. Suddenly he felt his essence was being drained momentarily, invoking a strange spiritual entity in front of him.

The young woman who appeared in front of him was transparent, her hands had long nails, her hair floated in the air and her face presented a warm smile, again a strange and familiar sensation ran through Rakhaly's body.

"I thank you for freeing me, but I fear I am now bound to your immortal soul... yet I thank you for freeing me from within that creature."

"...."

Rakhaly did not respond due to his lack of organs and apparently could only say words or formulate a sentence using Ether. At that time he felt it was not necessary to say or do anything.

"You don't have to answer...I have been trapped inside that sphere for many years, I was offered as a sacrifice for a necromancer thousands of years ago. I cry and beg my mother to save me, but she never came, I guess her daughter was never that important after all."

The white and incorporated body of the spirit began to become dark, showing a different form, his behavior changed gradually showing what so many years of confinement and resentment had done to him, revealing his true form. Although this was not really so different from the original, only his color changed and his white eyes became blue flames like those of Rakhaly, perhaps copying his new summoner, his new master.

"..."

"..."

The two looked at each other and there was no exchange of words, there was nothing these two could say about each other, a young girl trapped for millennia inside a creature after being sacrificed and a skeleton that did not remember its past.

"Mr. Skeleton. We should move, it's dangerous to be in one place for too long."

Darthia recommended Rakhaly, but he didn't understand what the word "danger" was. Nor did he seem to care, though Darthia's voice to him sounded like it was something nostalgic, something worth remembering, again this smile breaking his skeletal face.

"yes..."
