Special Attention

It was the first time Jenna had left the room since her arrival at Ryan's house. He went straight to the backyard, where there was a fish pond with a garden around it. The man seemed to like gardens and landscapes like this, so that both at home and in the clinic there were shades of green and flower gardens.

Jenna looked at what was in front of her, she plopped down on the grass, sucking in as much oxygen as her lungs needed. He closed his eyes and saw Ryan already sitting across from him, when he opened his eyes.

"What are you doing here?" Jenna asked, curtly. While Ryan was not afraid of the woman's attitude, instead smiled and shifted his body to be next to the woman.

Ryan just smiled, looking at Jenna's face for a moment. An annoyed face, but Ryan couldn't fault the feeling. He could understand why she didn't want him so much. What had happened to her—was dumped by her husband—was very painful.
