Chapter 77: Show Us What You Got (Part 2)

Hey guys.

Sorry guys and short chapter today. I'm having a severe case of writer's block. I want to write chapters, but my mind seems to blank out when I'm on my keyboard. I know I said I would spurn out more chapters, but I'm blank. Therefore the release rate will slow down for a bit. I will write more chapters, but it won't be frequent. It will pick when I organize what I want to write and how the story will go from now on.

"GO!"

As soon as the signal was heard, Erza and Ichigo were upon each other with their swords clashing.

Erza's sword stopped Ichigo's massive cleaver as she pushed back with her own strength.

'She's strong!' the boy thought.

However, the power struggle led to nowhere and they soon backed off.

"You're stronger than I thought," Ichigo said.

Erza smirked,

"I could say the same for you."

Ichigo also smirked and, suddenly, disappeared from Erza's vision. The latter widened her eyes and raised her sword instinctually. Not even a second later, Ichigo appeared before her, his sword clashing with hers again.

In all of her years as a Fairy Tail mage, she hadn't fought many speedsters mage. When she saw that the world of Bleach had almost all of the characters fighting at a speed faster than the blink of an eye, she was a little nervous.

But that did not mean she would give up. Her instincts and experience helped her fight such opponents.

'So this is Shunpo. It's more terrifying than I thought.'

Fortunately, this Ichigo was still inexperienced.

With a maneuver, she deflected Ichigo's sword and stabbed him.

However, it was not the end. Although the orange-haired boy was a novice, he was still a fast learner and his fights in Soul Society have thought him a lot. He quickly stepped back before Erza's sword could touch him.

Seeing him unbalanced, Erza started slashing at him on the offensive. Ichigo kept up with her as he blocked and deflected the attacks. Unfortunately, she was slowly empowering him due to her overwhelming experience and he had to do something.

On the side, Kisuke stroked his chin.

"Ohhh. She's better than I thought. It looks like she has a lot of experience."

Beside him was Kazuma who nodded,

"She does. She's been a swordswoman for many years. Of course, she would have a lot of experience!"

"Is that so? But what was that ability she has shown? It didn't seem like a normal "

Kazuma smirked,

"Hu hu hu. I guess you'll just have to wait and see. After all, I'm sure it's something you've never seen."

That simple statement triggered Kisuke's scientific mind as he tried to comprehend what Kazuma meant.

As they continued to observe the fight between Ichigo and Erza, they both separated themselves.

Ichigo then raised his Zanpakuto in the air. The cleaver glowed brightly with reiryoku before he shouted,

"Getsuga Tensho!"

The glow intensified and he swung his sword as an arc of pure reiryoku shot toward the scarlet-haired woman.

Seeing the large attack quickly approaching her, she quickly made a decision,

"Requip: Adamantine Armor!"

A yellow glow appeared over her body before she reappeared wearing a large blue and cyan armour with two half-shields on both of her arms. She brought them together and a large green magic circle appeared before her right before the Getsuga Tenshou clashed.

*BOOM*

There was a power struggle as Erza planted her feet on the ground when finally, the attack dissipated leaving a trail in the ground and no injuries on the girl.

"What the hell!?" shouted Ichigo seeing his attack ineffective.

"The heck is that?" asked Yoruichi.

"That's simply one of Erza-chi's armour! Cool, right?" Aiura replied.

The speedster didn't and carefully observed the spar.

Erza returned to her normal Heart Kreutz armour and swung her sword to remove the dust cloud formed by the collision.

Erza looked at Ichigo and gave him a smug,

"So?"

A tick mark appeared on the latter's forehead,

"I'm not done yet! Ban...-"

"That's enough!"

Before Ichigo could unleash his bankai, they both froze and turned to Kisuke who had shouted.

"What!? Come on!" Ichigo shouted back.

Kisuke brought his fan up,

"I believe that's enough, Ichigo-kun. Besides, Erza-san has shown us plenty enough. This is simply a spar and not a death match. There is no need to go all out."

Erza nodded and dismissed her sword,

"Very well. It was a good spar, but you can't win every find using only brute strength."

Ichigo frowned, but nodded,

"You were good too."

They both joined the rest of the group,

"So whose turn is it?" asked Kuroneko.

"I want to have a go."

They all turned to see Kazuma raise his hand,

"Kazuma?" asked Erza.

The boy shrugged his shoulders,

"Yeah. I want to spar."

Kisuke nodded,

"Sure. And your opponent will be Chad-kun."

The giant teenager looked at the man in confusion,

"Me?" the boy asked with a deep voice.

"Yup. Now run along. We still have the others left."

The two boys went to the middle of the stage and faced each other.

"Ready Chad?"

The boy nodded,

"Are you?"

Kazuma smirked,

"Yeah!"

Kisuke raised his hand before bringing it down,

"Fight!"

And so, for the rest of the afternoon, they organized spars amongst each other. The people of the Bleach go to know about the Otherworlder's abilities and the latter got to know their battle prowess. This in turn would help them stratergize against Aizen a master strategist who had plans for his plans.

Izumi was sitting at his desk as the teacher droned about trigonometry. At this point, he already knew about the whole year's curriculum. He thought about the other members of the chat group who were currently undergoing their mission. It's been many days since their departure to the Bleachverse. He had also talked to them after coming back to his home world. The group had gotten into contact with Ichigo after fighting the Ulquiorra and Yammy.

More like Saiki curb-stomped them. The guy's overpowered like that. Even if some of his telekinesis and telepathy didn't work on spirits, he had many other powers that would affect them. Hell, his casual energy blast was able to destroy an Arrancar's Cero.

Mikoto was happy to be with Saiki. After they had their spars on the first day of the mission, they had returned to their hideout and she had taken the magic pill that would grant her a magical power.

The magic she got was enchantment magic. She was essentially a support mage who could buff her allies and debuff her enemies. Since she literally got her magic, she was quite inexperienced, but with enough practice, she could be a game-changer.

Erza has proven to be an effective leader. Even better than himself. Although, she did have experience as one of Fairy Tail's strongest mages.

Kuroneko and Kazuma also helped and practice their abilities. Kuroneko had discovered that her darkness magic was only meant for shadows, but it also had some gravitational properties just like a black hole. She had accidentally discovered it when she took inspiration from a famous One Piece character: Blackbeard.

Kazuma on the other hand discovered how effective his stand was against Hollows. A single touch from his stand and they would explode on his command. It wasn't even funny. Unfortunately, since it destroyed Hollows, they wouldn't be able to be purified and their souls wouldn't go to Soul Society.

Which was why he stopped turning them into living bombs. It was fun while it lasted.

Izumi wondered if he had finally been affected by Megumin's obsession with explosions.

At one point, he did offer to help them, but he realized he couldn't go to their world since his one-time pass has been used when he went to Tortus to save Hori. It would take 10000 coins for a single trip. It would also take another 10000 coins for a trip back.

Even with all of his daily login into the chat group, he didn't have enough. However, he did have Spirit magic from Tortus which was almost on par with Nasuverse's Heaven's Feel, he tried to send some items that would help fight against Aizen and his Arrancars, but surprisingly, the group refused.

They wanted to do this on their own. They wanted to complete this mission without any outside help. Izumi understood them and told them the offer was open whenever they needed it.

He could travel to Bleachverse using the Key of the Beyond, but he had no clue where it was even located. He could find out using a ritual with an item from that universe. He would only need to ask Erza to send him an item specific to that world.

But he wasn't worried. He had confidence they would be able to complete their mission.
