Mike: This is way to easy system buy me Broly's ring.

The device is used to restrain Broly from transforming into his Legendary Super Saiyan form, but it also causes noticeable physical side effects while he is a Super Saiyan, as it tints his hair blue and purple instead of the form's signature golden color, while also dulling his skin pigment. However, these side effects disappear soon after the crown is removed. You can set a base power level from there you can't remove it unless you are about to die. ]

Mike: Buy it and set my power level at 200,000,000.

[ Purchased Broly's ring you can choose to wear the crown or not. ]

Mike: Cell it's time for you to die

Cell( semi- perfect ): No I won't die not yet I - I WILL OBTAIN MY PERFECT FORM Solar Flare.

A bright light appeared blinding every one. After a while it faded and Cell was gone.

Mike: I wonder why he did not absorb 18 while we were blind well it does not matter Cell can't reach his perfect form anymore.

I turn towards 18 and said

Mike: Why don't you come with me to my ship.

18 frowned and said

Android 18: Why would I want to go with you pervert.

Mike: First you have no where else to go and second I am as powerful as Cell so I could protect you if ever he tries to absorb you.

She hesitated at first but saw no deception in my voice.

Android 18: Alright I guess I have no choice.

Mike: Okay let's go.

Holding her shoulder I the waved to the others. After which I used Instant Transmission to disappear.

Meanwhile with Cell he retreated to what's left of Dr Gero's lab. After arriving he then went towards a secret entrance. He opened it and saw something which made him smile. What he saw where three pods saying Android 13, 14 and 15.

Cell( semi- perfect ): Looks I can even surpass my perfect form.

Cell then opened the pods. Before any of them could react he absorbed 13 who is the most powerful in the group. After that he absorbed 14 and 15.

Cell becomes much more humanoid in his Perfect form after absorbing Android 13, 14 and 15 complete with both a fully-formed nose and mouth. His tail is retracted.

His wings have grown back and now are shaded black. His exoskeleton (including the abdominal area and arms) is no longer emerald green and lime green with black spots from the last two forms, but are now colored light-green with dark green spots and has black plates located on his shoulders and chest, and the plates on his ankles as well as the previously orange section near his groin are now shaded black.

He also retains the boot-like feet and the straight jutting sections of his head with the ball-like section between the two sections from his previous form. His skin is now white all in his face, neck and hands, he now has purple lines in both sides of his cheeks, similar to Frieza in his first three forms, and the orange line across his ears and chin is now changed into a yellow color. His eyes are now red and his blue veins are now purple.

Cell: At long last l have achieved my perfect form. Now to test my power.

Cell flew in the direction he came from.

At the Lookout, Future Trunks and Vegeta emerge from the Hyperbolic Time Chamber after a year of intensive training (one day in real time). It is apparent that both of their powers have increased exponentially, and they have reached a whole new level of strength.

There is also a physical change in Future Trunks' appearance; his face has matured slightly, he is now taller and more muscular than before, and his hair has grown to be shoulder-length.

Bulma is surprised by the new length of Future Trunks' hair and questions why Vegeta's hair did not grow as well. Agitated, Vegeta informs her that a pure-blooded Saiyan's hair does not grow or change once he or she is fully grown.

Just before Vegeta and Future Trunks leave Kami's Lookout, Bulma provides everyone with new Saiyan Battle Armor that is identical to Vegeta's.

All of them accept the armor, except for Piccolo, who is proud of his Namekian heritage, and Tien, who refuses to dress like Vegeta. Vegeta then rushes off to test his new power against Cell.

Before Future Trunks leaves, Goku gives him two Senzu Beans, and Bulma, nervous about their well-being, requests that Future Trunks takes care of himself as well as Vegeta.

Goku and Gohan enter the Hyperbolic Time Chamber with a clear mission: to make Gohan a Super Saiyan and to ascend to a level even greater than that of a Super Saiyan

Cell arrived and everyone was surprised and horrified by his new appearance. Vegeta arrives and is followed by Trunks.

Unaware of their intensive training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Cell is unimpressed by the arrival of Vegeta and Future Trunks, believing that they will not present much of a challenge.

Vegeta proudly proclaims that he is now the strongest warrior in the universe, and exhibits his new strength by transforming into a Super Saiyan Second Grade. Perfect Cell is still not impressed, as he believes that he is superior to Vegeta no matter what transformation he goes through.

Vegeta attacks Perfect Cell along with Future Trunks, but their attacks have no effect. Perfect Cell then knocks Vegeta with a mere kick which broke his arm. Future Trunks gives him a Senzu Bean.

At the start of the battle, Perfect Cell toys with Vegeta, allowing Vegeta to believe he actually has a chance to win.

Perfect Cell hides his true power and appears to have only gained speed by dodging all of Vegeta's attacks.

Vegeta becomes frustrated, which affects his fighting for the worse, as he is too blinded by anger to fully concentrate. At one point, Vegeta charges at Cell and kicks him in the neck. This does not faze Cell at all, which utterly shocks Vegeta as he reveals that he put all of his energy into the kick.

With only one kick, Cell sends Vegeta flying across the island, through several rock formations, and into the water. It takes a moment for Vegeta to resurface and stand back up. While he is down, Cell laughs at his apparent weakness, and thanks Vegeta for being a good warm-up.

Outraged, Vegeta flies into the sky and challenges Cell to take his next attack head-on. He concentrates nearly every ounce of energy he has left into a blast, and launches it at Cell. Perfect Cell senses the massive energy Vegeta put into his Final Flash but does dodge it. The attack hit Cell but as the smoke faded Cell stood their unharmed.

Meanwhile with me after taking 18 to my ship we got in.

Android 18: Not bad

Mike: I bought it myself.

After giving her a tour. I told her which room is hers. We then left the Earth atmosphere and stopped at the Mesosphere. I than put on Broly's ring and crown.

Perfect at last

Cell has reached his Perfect form by absorbing Androids 13, 14 and 15. Defeat him.

Mike: What but I thought Dr Gero destroyed them how could Cell absorb them. This is bad who knows how strong Cell is now and to top it of he is mutated. Shit System Status
