Chapter 9: Rest

In Bibi Dong's room, Vaiss was taking a nap with Bibi Dong on the bed. There was not much work to do so Bibi Dong stayed at home with Vaiss.

He felt great, both physically and mentally. Rosy face, a smile that never went away, and a fresh mind. The reason was, of course, Bibi Dong.

This week, Bibi Dong spoiled him all the way. She cooked all his meals, changed his clothes, and even took a bath together. It took all his strengthened mind to maintain his child act against the beautiful scene of Bibi Dong in the nude. "Mom, I want to try something. If it works, everyone can eat till they're full and the people with no spirit power can have spirit power."

At first, Bibi Dong only thought it was a child's whim but the second part was not something to joke about. If Vaiss was able to somehow enable the people with no spirit power to have spirit power, it would be an unprecedented event that would change the world.

"Vaiss, are you sure?"

"I don't know, I have to try it first."

"Alright, mom allows you to go out but Ghost will follow you as a guard."

"Ok, mom!"

"How long will you be gone?"

Vaiss thought that half a year should be enough time to cultivate a few staple plants and vegetables, also for the experiment.

Ghost saw a black RV slowly created in front of him, there was also a crowd of stunned Spirit Hall staff. The RV was rectangular, high chassis, and big and thick nine wheels, one in front and two at the back. It was 4 meters tall, 3 meters wide, and 7 meters long.

Vaiss pressed the key in his hand and the door of the RV opened and a small ladder lowered to the ground.

"Grandpa, let's get in!"

Ghost only nodded blankly and went inside the RV with Vaiss. The inside was quite complete, a big bed, fridge, small kitchen with a kitchen hood, a cabinet with eating utensils, a sink, a medium sofa with table, and a small bathroom.

As for where the water came from or waste went, water law produced water and the waste was erased using destruction law. A wasteful use of law but for Vaiss it was the best use.

Vaiss introduced all the furniture to Ghost and taught him how to drive, it was an automatic transmission. 

Ghost quickly learned how to drive the RV and injected his spirit power into the inlet near the steering wheel, and drove away amid the stunned Spirit Hall staff view.

And so their travels began. Thanks to the RV, the travel was much more pleasant and faster than using a carriage. Vaiss also showed his cooking skill in the travel and enthralled Ghost's tongue and stomach.

Now Ghost went hunting every day and let Vaiss cook the food. 

On the way, Ghost asked where the RV and some food like rice and condiments came from, but Vaiss only answered the RV was created by him according to his inheritance, as for food and condiments, he only said it was a secret. 

After all, he couldn't talk about the system. The [Item Creation] and other talents would be found out sooner or later, so he could talk about it.

Ghost also didn't dig deeper, everyone had secrets, after all.

After two weeks, the two finally reached their destination, Florest village.
