Wufu had no idea she was disdained by others. If she ever heard such talk, she'd probably burst out laughing, then sarcastically retort, "Huge thanks for the disdain."
Dajun, lazing about half the day before heading home, bumped into his aunt Madam Zhou. When he saw her, he rolled his eyes and glanced at her from the corner of his eye.
"Big Army," Madam Zhou, quite delighted to see her nephew, called out to him cheerfully.
Dajun snorted through his nose in response.
Liu Jin lagged a step behind Madam Zhou, keeping an eye on Dajun.
Seeing her younger relative, Madam Zhou habitually reached into her purse and pulled out a handful of candy for Dajun, "Big Army, take these back and share with Yongyong."
Dajun glanced at the candy and dismissively slapped it away without a second thought, "Who needs a few candies? If you've got silver, why don't I see you giving me that?"
He was of an age where candy was childish. Wasn't this enough to make anyone laugh their head off?
