Pathetic
Knowing she won't get any answer, Reina sat down on the grass.
She took out a small knife from her pocket and began tearing a part of her uniform.
Reina wanted to create a makeshift splint to tend her broken arm.
But she kept failing; it was very hard to do it by herself, especially when she was under stress.
With consecutive failures, tears began dripping from her eyes, and she started crying hard.
"You are so pathetic," a cold voice reached her ears, making Reina turn her head.
She could see Mara appear beside her. "Yes, I am. Don't you see my situation?"
Mara gave a sarcastic smile.
She looked at her up and down, then said, "Your situation is nowhere as bad as what I and Malacai have been through in the past."
"Not that it matters. Just make sure you are always useful to him, then he will never throw you away."
