In Cardinal World (specifically in the Jura Tempest Federation) there is someone is thinking about vacation, his name is Rimuru Tempest. Since after the Tenma War was won by Rimuru's side, he want to refreshing his mind beside dong some paperwork in his office

Rimuru Tempest POV

Rimuru Tempest currently sitting in his office using his human form and he want to finish his paperwork and slurping tea made by Shuna

Rimuru : < Nee Ciel-san, after i finish this paperwork i think i want to discuss about something together, what do you think? >

Ciel : << Yes of course Master, but what will we talk about later? >>

Rimuru : < Well i think i want to planning a vacation >

Ciel : << I see, if this Master wishes then i'll follow you, but what kind of vacation Master? >>

Rimuru : < My plan for vacation is going to another universe > i said excitedly

Ciel : << Okay Master, then we will talk about that after Master finish these paperwork >>

Rimuru : < Yes yes, but can you help me because this work can be finished more quickly? >

Ciel : << No, i cant help Master because this is your duty >>

Rimuru : < Hai hai > i said with a bit dissapointment

And then i cut off communication with Ciel and continue his work

And finally after 5 minutes, i finally finished his paperwork

Rimuru : ' Finally i can rest after this tiring job '

Ciel : << Good job master >> She said proudly

Rimuru : < Thank you Ciel - san >

Ciel : << Hehe >> She said with giggling

Rimuru : " Anyway, i think i want vacation but using anime, manga and light novel as my references "

Ciel : << Okay Master >>

And then i take some manga and (light) novel references from my Imaginary space

Rimuru : " Well then before i start choose which world i want to stay in the you created Ciel -san, i have my personal reference fo this "

Ciel : << Personal reference?what kind of reference Master? >>

Rimuru : " I want go to earth but not only about Slice of Life (normal) type "

Ciel : << Can you explain any further Master? >>

Rimuru : " I have my criteria Ciel - san, i'll choose between : zombie apocalypse, an environment where the people have some kind of superpower or some invasion "

Coel : << Wait Master, you know i have interest about creating an universe with these criteria thanks to Master >> She said excitedly

Rimuru : " Okay then, lets get started "

Then i take a novel book from my imaginary space by title "Shakugan no shana" to the table

Rimuru : " What do you think Ciel - san? "

Ciel : << Before we contine, i want to do something first Master >>

Before Rimuru want to ask the question, Ciel then materialize herself using physical body

Ciel : << Master, this will make thing more easier >> She said while smiling

Rimuru : " O-okay Ciel - san, so do what do you think or do you have any interest with this franchise? " I said while blushing a bit

Ciel " << According to my analysis, i have a interest about this "Fuzetsu" thing Master >>

Rimuru : " Ho, can you explain? "

Ciel : << Based on my analysis, this "Fuzetsu" will create a dome-shaped isolated space which is detached from the flow of cause and effect of the world, with its interior area frozen and concealed from the outside >>

Rimuru : " I see, do you want to make this one to the top list before you creating the unverse? >>

Ciel : << I dont sure, maybe after you give another preference Master >>

Rimuru : " I see " I said while leaned in my chair

Before we continue something happen, someone came to my room out of nowhere

??? : " Hmm, where am i? "

Then this person look to Rimuru and Ciel

??? : " Pleased to meet you Rimuru - san, and you are? "

Ciel then look angry, but i calmed her then i spoke

Rimuru : " Her name is Ciel, so who are you and what do you want? " said while being serious

??? : " I see, okay then my name is Author and i am a messenger "

Rimuru : " Before continue, please take a seat "

Then Author - san take a seat in left of my seat

Author : " Thank you Rimuru - san "

Rimuru : < Ciel - san, do you think this person have an evil intention? >

Ciel : << I dont think this person has an evil intention Master >>

Rimuru : < But why the Tempestian can't sense this persn? >

Ciel : << According to my analysis, this invidual named Author have a very thin aura >>

Rimuru : < Hmm, i see then dont worry about that Ciel - san >

Ciel : << Okay Master >>

Rimuru : " Okay then Author - san, what kind of message do you bring? "

Author : " i have this envelope " Then he give it to me

You can see the name from this envelope : 'From Anshin'in - san or Najimi Ajimu' , who is this person?

Rimuru : " Anshin'in - san?who is this person Author - san? "

Author : " I'll give a picture of this person then "

Ciel : << Master >> she said while bit angry and jealous

And then i feel happy but Ciel - san seems shocked

Ciel : << What? >> She said while being angry

Rimuru : ' I dont like this tension '

Author : " How about we discuss this matter private Ciel - san? "

Rimuru : ' For some reason, i dont like the direction about this conversation '

Rimuru : " Wait Ciel - san " i said while being nerveous

Ciel : << Dont worry Master >> she said calmly and then looking at the Author - san while smiling coldly

Author : " *sigh* "

Ciel POV

Author : " Then i'll using Void space for our discussion Ciel - san "

Ciel : << Fine, whatever >> i said coldly

Then we enter void space together, and in the void space

Ciel : << So, what do you really want? >>

Author : " when i said before, well i dint really mean by that "

Ciel : << What do you mean? >>

Author : " I'll give you a contract agreement, but basically you stil have a chance to create a world with female Rimuru " he said while smiling a bit

Ciel : << Heeeh, what you will do? >>

Author : " I'll give you an extra power to create another when you creating universe, but dont worry i wont disturb you on this one "

Ciel : << You serious, right? >>

Author : " Yeah i'm serious " he said while being serious

Author : << I'll give you the contract >> Then he give me the contract

The agreement :

1. I (Author) will prevent Ciel - san to Make Rimuru Tempest - san gender to female for this version while you two (Ciel - san and Rimuru Tempest - san) make the new universe

2. I (Author) wont distrub Rimuru Tempest - san and escpecially Ciel - san for creating the new universe for second version etc (after point no. 1) 

Ciel : << You will keep your promise right? >>

Author : " Yes, i understand this very well " 'Good gief, you know you have a similiarities with Luminous Valentine for this kind of thing i think' (A / N : CMIIW)

Author : "Dont worry about this, you know i have interest as well for Rimuru - san to become a female when he reincarnated to another world "

Ciel : " Very well, lets go back " The i put the contract into the imaginary space

Then he open the potal back to the office, then we back to the office

Rimuru Tempest POV

After i prepare books while waiting for Ciel - san and Author - san for a few minutes while nerveous for Ciel - san safety (i dont know about Author - san capabilities), then they are finally back

Rimuru : " So what happen Ciel - san? "

Ciel : << It went well Master >>

Author : " Rest assured Rimuru - san, this went smoothly "

Rimuru : " You dont do anything weird, arent you Author - san? " I said while bit angry

Author : " *sigh* of course not Rimuru - san "

Author : " Well then i'll go back, thank you for your time Rimuru - san and Ciel - san "

Rimuru : " Do you have a interest to stay at Jura Tempest, Author - san? "

Author : " I'll consider it, good bye "

And then Author - san disappear into thin air

Rimuru : " What are you doing Ciel - san with that person? "

Ciel : << Dont worry about it Master "

Rimuru : " *sighed in defeat* okay then, lets continue "

And then we discuss about :

Rimuru : " What do you think Ciel - san? "

Ciel : << I think this franchise is perfect Master >>

Rimuru : " Oho, why is that? " i said while being interested in Ciel - san answer

Ciel : << According to my analysis, this verse power system really unique because of 2 sides : Magic side and Science/esper side, for me specific i prefer Science side rather than Magic side because of variation that esper skill can do, altough the Magic side seems not bad >> She said excitedly

Ciel : << But i need to warn you especially about a certain person >>

Rimuru : " Who is that, Ciel - san? >>

Ciel : << According to my analysis, this invidual is called Aleister Crowley as Board Chairman/General Superintendent >>

Rimuru : " Why is that, Ciel - san? >>

Cile : << To put it a simple way, he was a manipulator, which is this person have a similiar problem with Clayman and Yuuki >> (A / N : CMIIW)

Rimuru : " Okay then i'll careful, lets make a meeting for this matter Ci- "

Someone interupted me and Ciel - san, for knocking a door

??? : *knock**knock* " Lord Rimuru may i come in? "

Ciel : << I'll go back to your body Master >>

Rimuru : < Okay Ciel - san >

And then Ciel - san disappear into my body, after that i spoke

Rimuru : " You can come "

Shuna : " I want to take tea cup Lord Rimuru, and i'm amazed you finished your paperwork " she said happily

Rimuru : " Of course Shuna, by the way can you call the executive because i want to make a meeting "

Shuna : "Of course Lord Rimuru, but what do you want to talk about? " she said while being curious

Rimuru ; " You will see "

Shuna : " I understand Lord Rimuru, i'll send the message right away "

And then she left the room

Rimuru : ' I wonder about what will await for me in that universe 'i thought while leaning in the back of my chair
