The Chained Beast (2)

"I was imprisoned here a long time ago, with no hope fore escape. Even after centuries of trying  my best to strain my chains and escape, I have only managed to carve out a natural cavern with my breath."

The tone of the Dragon carried a deep presence of sorrow. It shook Michael's heart and made him want to shed tears on its behalf.

Michael turned to look at the projection of the cavern that had a panicked Krystal mucking about. That was the place that he had been teleported from.

"This place is the site of the seals that bind me. Several centuries ago, I was in a race against my rivals and enemies to reach S class, the peak of the mortal realm. I had offended a lot of people in my search for power, and after one of my rivals reached the vaunted peak before me, he suppressed me, cutting off all my chances to reach the peak of the mortal realm." The Dragon began telling its tale.
