Bam! Bam! Bam!

The loud sounds of a hammer coming down on wood rang out through a half built wooden cabin.

It had been a week since the construction efforts to provide a proper settlement for the lizardmen began, and great progress had been made. Over a dozen houses had been erected in the span of a week, and many lizardmen had already began trying to adjust to their new way of life. It was not easy, though.

"Hey, watch your tail! You'll ruin my work!" A man yelled at a red scaled lizardman. The lizardman paused, raised it's tail and wrapped it around its waist, and continued forward with a wry smile on its face. It dropped the wooden planks that it was carrying beside the human before leaving the building.

"These old fogeys... Making me work with damn creatures. Who knows if they will go bonkers and suddenly attack me?" The man grumbled under his breath as he continued his work.
