"They are going to stay in the left wing. You will be in charge of their hospitality for a few days until I find a suitable person to handle them, '' the old secretary told her.

Anna is new to this work and not to be prejudiced but she has, after all, entered through the back door. He doesn't know if she is capable enough to take care of the elite staff of their most important project.

If it was in normal circumstances, he wouldn't have acted this stingy. As the old president's loyal subordinate, he is one of those who wants Kyle to succeed in this power battle. And, this project is the major factor to determine the future stand of the board members.

In addition to that, Global Pharma is a Country A based company whose native language is French. They would feel more welcomed if they have a French speaking person taking care of their requirements. So, Anna, who couldn't even graduate from a university, is unfit for an important task like this.

He is giving her a face just because she is the closest friend to Danver siblings.

"I will do my best." Anna simply answered. She could already figure out what is running in this old man's brain and she didn't feel even a bit offended by that. Her focus was still on his words rather than his inner thoughts.

Left Wing??

Although it's been years since she had entered this floor, she remembers that the right wing of this floor is her grandfather's wing and the left wing was her grandmother's.

So, they have decided to give her grandmother's office and her staff's workplace to Allen and his team. That mean's Allen will be on the same floor as her. He could keep a tight watch on her easily.

And, Aiden's office will be on this floor only. He is allocated a private office in the right wing though he might not visit the company often.

What worried her the most was the possibility of clash between Allen and Aiden.

While Anna was busy thinking about it, a man in a neatly pressed suit walked to her and crossed his hands across his chest arrogantly.

There is disgust and irritation written all over his face.

When Anna realized who was standing in front of her desk, she sighed in exasperation.

"What?" she languidly asked her high school ex boyfriend who was glaring at her.

"Don't act so arrogant just because you are the secretary of the CEO!" Frank scoffed at her.

Anna rolled her eyes and ignored him. She has no interest in wasting her brain cells on this person.

She often wonders how she tolerated and even valued the relationship she and this jerk had in their high school, which even elongated till their graduation first year.

"Stop rolling your eyes!" Frank sneered angrily.

"My eyes, my choice. If you can't stand me just stop bothering me." Anna said.

She has things to do now.

The old secretary has given her tasks and at the same time she has her own work to handle.

As Allen has also followed her here, there is no one on the island to take care of the work there.

Shasha and Shawn have agreed to help but those both, who just started a romantic relationship, would be busy in their own pink bubble.

And, as their friend, it's insensitive of her to bother them.

"You-" before Frank could speak any further, Anna's phone vibrated and the screen lit up, displaying the caller's ID.

It is Kyle. She has changed his ID to 'CEO'.

Frank gritted his teeth and after giving her a 'You got lucky' look he left with angry strides.

Anna sighed and then walked into her brother's office after a knock on his door.

As there is no one present in the room except him, she didn't put up her act as his secretary.

"What is it?" she gently asked. He is still a kid and his nervousness was obvious.

"I heard that Mr.Keller would be coming with some important people from Global Pharma. I didn't expect this project to be so important to them." Kyle said.

"What if I mess this up?" he asked. He has no practical experience even on managing a small scale business. How could he smoothly manage a big project like this?

'This project is not that important to Global Pharma. They are here for me' Anna thought inside but didn't voice out.

Although she knows that she is being a little heartless to her brother, he needs to adapt to the dark and vicious side of the business society. Otherwise he can't even survive let alone strive. Sp, she could only let him be in illusion that this project is extremely important and prestigious to Global Pharma.

"It's all right. Mr. Aiden Fletcher promised to guide you. Old secretary is also there to help you. And, I have a feeling that Mr. Allen Keller will sympathize with you. Just don't let them down and put your effort whole heartedly. Leave the rest." Anna encouraged her brother.

Her brother needs constant motivation and encouragement. So, Anna didn't make it hard for him.

"I won't let you and brother Aiden down." Kyle promised with invigorated enthusiasm.
