While waiting for the news, Nodus mainly focused on getting stronger as he tempered his foundation with the new qi in this world that was called mana.

"Ding!"

A sudden notification came through his wristwatch and woke up Evelyn from her little nap as she was always alert with her surrounding.

"Good, good, that's fine, start everything right away and...I will take care of the core."

Nodus hesitated a bit before he concluded his chat with Bu One through the wristwatch.

The young man turned his head around and looked at Evelyn, causing her legs to tremble as she thought she did something bad.

'What did I do wrong???'

"Sigh, Z1, upload Luclaire onto a chip and take that thing out of the White Jade."

Nodus shook his head before standing up and left the city with Evelyn.

"What is your dream?"

Evelyn was surprised by the question that came from the young man who barely spoke long sentences.

"Uhm...I wanted to own a restaurant..."

Her voice faded quietly at the end, and the young man could guess that she did not have a bright past just like any other slaves.

"Do you want revenge?"

Evelyn smiled and shook her head.

"No... It's the chaos season."

The young man simply nodded, and for the rest of the ride, Nodus decided to play some of his favorite music that was installed in the car until they arrived at the bottom of a tall icy mountain.

"Let's go."

Nodus used a hidden door that opened an entrance into a tunnel.

The tunnel led them straight at the ground level of the mountain that was filled with countless of floating light.

"With the small workers deployed, the first floor will be done in 1 hour."

Bu One voice came out from the wristwatch as he was not physically in the mountain with them.

"Just in times, I hope nothing goes wrong with Luclaire in here..."

Luclaire, the name of the smartest AI created in his galaxy and the only downside was its personality that it took from the creator.

The creator was precisely his sister, not only she created it for Nodus, but she also forcefully installed the AI on each of his ships and tools, making the young man feel like his sister was virtually everywhere with him.

But because Z1 is supplied by the military and was limited in term of thinking freely like a real human, Nodus didn't have any choice as he wanted to make sure that his first Stem plant will meet his criteria and for future upgrades.

As the day went by, the squads got used to the attention they get from the crowd, and some organization that was founded by royals families even tried to recruit them as guards.

Like Nodus predicted, the publicity from the squads that wore the exo suit made the shop even more popular, and words came from the people who just arrived through the gates, saying that there was another shop in some random village close to the main road.

While most of the squads were enjoying their popularity, Naire and his group retreated after a few days worth of investigating in the kingdom because they found out that the sect behind the scene was stronger than they thought.

The group was at a loss and decided to cause some damage to the royal family's reputation but was stopped by the young Lulu.

"Big brother said that I can ask him for help hmmp."

Lulu pouted as she was a little bit angry because she had to stay in the inn with Bonni while her parents were risking their lives gathering intel.

The parents tried to pacify their daughter while the rest looked at each other as they thought of the mysterious brother.
