Chapter 3 : Demon Lord

Rising from the bed he sat on the bed in a meditative position , a habit that the crown prince has made in his years of life as a cultivation addict . The first thing he will do in the morning is Cultivation practice and the Last thing he does before his sleep is also Cultivation practice.

For this, Su Yang is also feeling a little helpless. He doesn't know if him being a chinese person with American citizenship in the last life is to blame for the current situation. The process didn't last long but only for a minute before the situation in the room calmed down . Su Yang took a deep breath with some kind of shackles being loosen inside his body ..

" Finally reached spirit formation. Now I just need to condense my cultivation a little more before entering Spirit Formation to let the soul can gain an independent entity outside the body "

If there was somebody else present in the room they will be shocked to find out the cultivation Su Yang has reached . There are ten major ranks known to the most of the world and that are --

Each one has nine small levels , from one to nine in counting. out of which Su Yang has just reached spirit formation level 1 on his eighteenth birthday , almost covering half of the journey of a cultivator's life in his juvenile period .

Juvenile period where ordinary mortals in this world live as high as one hundred fifty years , body Forging a total of 200 and starting from the Qi Condensation stage it will only multiply by two times . He still has a total of 3182 years of life left not taking an accident or a breakthrough in the account.

Suddenly , Remembering he was the protagonist of today's birthday party . He hurriedly stopped his daily practice after observing if there was any sequel of the sudden breakthrough. And Only after failing to find any strange symptoms inside the body with the help of Qi. He nodded in satisfaction.

However , just as he was about to stand up from his position to get dressed in a good enough clothing . Suddenly ,drowsiness covered is vision , the sense of weakness enveloped the body and with a confused face he fainted almost in an instant.

When he opened his eyes again , he was shocked to find out that everything around him is covered in pitch black darkness , it is difficult to see his own hands. There isn't even a place to stand for him , but he is floating in the air at an unknown spacial co-ordinates .

Though for the golden core and above level cultivator , it is no big deal to float in the air but the place he has been into has some restriction on Qi perception and he can only vaguely feel a limitless abyss excluding a manic aura below with no certain death. At such a level of height with no sense of security anybody can be afraid of , whether cultivators or not .

Suddenly, A red jewel-like thing falls in front of him breaking the barriers of dimensions , illuminating a little light on his face . Looking closely Su Yang found that the jewel was actually an blood drop with a mix of black in the very core and red outlines on the outside.

Looking at the drop of blood , Su Yang felt happy for some reasons and with an expectation in his eyes , extended his hand to hold it out .

Unexpectedly , the blood drop refused to be caught in his hands instead it shot towards the centre of his eyebrows , making him frown as he doesn't exactly know the use of this thing but with half curiosity and half instinct follow after it. Now , looking at the drop of blood with unknown origin trying to do something , he will felt a little sacred . In a hurry , he wants to mobilise his cultivation but failed to do so , as this place doesn't allow any cultivation to exist .

Surprisingly , that drop of blood didn't pose him any harm but after touching his forehead, sinked in his body . However, soon a pain worse than being held in the core of sun passed through his 'body' and the sensation of thousands of ants biting him at every part made him gasp for some breath .

Unable to bear the pain any longer he closed his eyes hoping this terrible would end early . But not to his avail , the pain continued to torture him for several hours as he was completely unable to faint at this weird space .

Several hours later ,

Su Yang woke up to find he has return to his room in the crown prince palace . His body was no longer aching in pain nor the trauma from a while ago seems to affect his mind in any way but he is feeling refreshed , even in a state better than before .

However,. there is something different about him now as there is a major change that has taken place in his body . Even his soul and mind has gone through some kind of baptism after this incident.

There is a lot of information in his mind that he is completely unfamiliar with , unlike the two lives of memories he has merged.
