An arrow flashed out as it struck the ground, clear of some students who were resting, startled and anxious that an archer was watching them.
Conrad glanced down into the woodland below, his brow furrowed in incomprehension. Eliza stood next to him, holding an orb through which she looked down the woods.
"You can put an end to your frustration at not being able to strike Sia with your best shot. I didn't expect that to work anyway, considering we're talking about Sia."
"So you knew it wasn't going to work from the start? So, why did we do that?" Lance asked, scowling.
"People with dumb, muscular brains, like you, will not understand. Take a look at this." Eliza sneered and displayed the map Luke had to beg for.
Conrad, Luke, and Lance just stared at the map before turning to face her, their faces flushed with confusion.
"Sigh…"
'And they're called geniuses?' Eliza was grateful for her intellect.
